Don was able to decipher how it operated and fix it flawlessly. Additionally, he offered to come out and give me an estimate the same day and fixed it for a much lower price than you'd anticipate. Not only was it fixed, but Don did it in such a way as to completely preserve the original piece's integrity. He is an excellent handyman and a master craftsman.
