Had a great experience with the U-Haul provider at Pape and Gerrard. The owner was kind and helpful, and the vehicles were clean and in good condition. We needed to get our antique furniture that was damaged during a move to the antiques restorer, and using U-Haul saved us about $700. We would definitely rent trucks or vans from this location again.

Really great experience . Everything went off smoothly at pick up and drop off. The customer service was amazing. Would definitely use this location in future!

Dishonest and Crooked.Rented a truck and was charged extra for the gas and told to go kick dirt.This is no way to do bussiness. As someone who rents trucks from other locations the attitude of upselling and lying at pick should have set some red flags.Please make sure you keep pictures of everything because as some other reviews mention they will charge you for not putting attention and because they can bend you over.Please take your bussinesses elsewhere. As a minority and person of color I can't also but feel sad because are owners and employees like this that make people think of us poorly and crooked and distrustful.I will make sure to report to uhaul corporate and warn anyone else of their shady ways.

I was just called after booking a truck a week in advance and told that I can't get the truck for the scheduled time because someone doesn't have the keys. This is quite unfortunate. I was given the Supervisors" number to call. It's just their regular number and I had to wait for a customer rep... this is not good service..."

This place is fantastic - we’ve used them twice. Cars do the job well and the service from Fahim is always friendly and efficient. We were apprehensive about using Uhaul because we’ve seen bad reviews about other locations, but take my word, these guys are down to earth good. Have always had cars available for us when we need them, booking process was easy, and they’re very flexible too.We will always recommend this location, even if it means travelling further out for them.Thank you again!

I rented a cargo van yesterday. It had tire pressure indicator error on with the text warning on the dash cluster from the beginning. I’m not sure if the tires had issues or the monitor sensors were missing. Also I have brought back at the same fuel level as shown in the pic 3-4 last night around 11:30pm. However, this morning the employee charged me additional $12 for the fuel and said I brought back below the fuel level I was given from yesterday. Overall it’s below average experience.

I attempted to pick up an order of moving supplies that I placed online, but no staff were on site. I arrived within their hours of operation and attempted to reach them by phone, but nobody picked up; I could even hear the sound of their office phone ringing unattended inside the store. I was forced to go to a nearby Home Depot to get the supplies I needed. I left a note on their door with my contact information but never heard back. Truly frustrating.

Very good customer service even offered some snacks and drinks which came in handy on the road. Would highly recommend!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Top notch and efficient! Such a friendly and knowledgeable guy behind the counter! He even backed up the truck for us upon return and did the calculations veryyyy quickly! Excellent! Highly recommend!

Amazing workers at this place. Have been renting U-Haul’s for a bit now but haven’t felt this level of customer service before. If you’re looking for a place to rent, this is the one.
