Awesome guitar shop and only one we use, nothing against the others its just we 've dealt with Dwayne the owner for so long and never once an issue why would we change? Quality shop, mild to wild highend guitars and they can create or fix anything. Just go here.

Brought my 60 year old Yamaki in for strings and minor stuff... Couldn't believe how they cleaned it up and when I got home, couldn't believe the set-up & sound!For less than a hundred bucks I feel that I got back a sweet part of my youth... Don't know what that's worth, but definitely more than 5 stars!

I wanted to buy a new acoustic guitar and went to this local shop instead to order something online because I wanted a good customer service but the staff was not really interested to help me at all. Didn't give me much attention. I felt no part of the club so not deserve to buy here. So I ordered online. Is like the other comment: looks like the owner man's cave, not a store. Really sad.

Ordered a Guild S-200 T-bird Antique Burst on February 1st after owner told me they could have it in y the first week of March. Fast forward to end of March. No call or email from the store so I call them and they tell me the guitar is at customs. 2 weeks later, nothing. I call them back and they tell me the same thing. Then I read that the guitar has been discontinued so I call Guild direct and they confirm that the guitar was discontinued January 1st and that there's no way one was shipped out in February. I call the shop back and let them know this but the owner said that the guy I spoke to at Guild doesn't know what he's talking about. He said he would call his Guild rep to inquire. No call back, no email, no returned phone call, no returned email. Two weeks later I drive 2 hours to the shop due to them not answering their phone and no message system any longer. A female employee was in and polite. She knew the issue as we had spoke in the past. I told her I'm done waiting and want a full refund. She called the owner and put him on the phone. Dwayne said he cannot issue a refund because he's already paid for the guitar but says he has no paperwork to indicate what guitars are in this mystery order stuck at customs. I let him know that this situation is ridiculous and that he has two weeks to get the guitar or I'm getting my money back. He said he would call them back on Tuesday (this was Friday April 28th) and if he can't get the guitar in two weeks that he would refund me. We'll see how this plays out. I'm not pleased..

It's a great store for everyone!! From beginners to experienced players, it's a store for everyone. All the staff are super friendly and informative when it comes to repairing, purchasing and building guitars. The owner sells his own brand of custom hand made guitars and each are built with beautiful craftsmanship. As a place to even just swing buy, it's such an awesome place to be.

Stay away! I will never do any business with this store or owner again. Very low ethics & shady practices here. I was quite disappointed. I've never had an experience this bad in my 20+ years of visiting music stores. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

Very disappointed... I love to try to support local owned shops. Especially when it comes to something like music stores. After many many many attempts to come here during what is supposed to be business hours and having them closed.. no retrnued emails or phone calls. I even managed to get in there one time and order a part. Left my name and number and was never able to get back in or get ahold of this dude again. Horrible customer service I swear this store is this dudes man cave. Stay away and take ur business to someone who shows they want it.

Dwayne is always friendly and helpful. I know nothing about guitars (my daughter and husband play) and he always points me in the right direction.

I had a terrible experience with Guitar Corner. I ordered a guitar rack from them last September, and they promised me that it would arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. However, it's now March, and I still haven't received my order. What's even worse is that during this entire time frame, there were zero updates regarding my order, which left me completely in the dark.To add to my frustration, every time I asked for a refund, the owner was not present in the store, and the staff would just brush me off. It's unacceptable that they were not able to assist me when I needed their help.Finally, I did receive a refund, it was 2 cents short. Even though it's a small amount, it's the principle that matters. I don't want to give my business to a company that doesn't care about their customers.This just shows the lack of responsibility and accountability on their part.
