I’ve been a customer for about 6 years or more. I always deal with Alla and she is amazing and the reason why I keep coming back.

Avoid this place. There’s plenty of other places that will treat you with respect. There was a lady at the reception who was very rude to my brother who I made the appointment for. They give the wrong information, they don’t know the difference between uhip and ohip and proceeded to try and teach me about something she knew nothing about. During the phone call (as my brother was waiting for his appointment) he was in the store, during the call this person was being rude, and after I hung up my brother came home to tell me she made rude comments about me to the doctor and said “you’re finished” while smacking the phone. Very unprofessional place, definitely should avoid it.

I am thankful to have encounter such a great optical store. The staff are professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. I was due for an eye examination and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly.I am extremely happy with the custom lenses and frames for my glasses. Alla and Lina have done a phenomenal job of helping me.If you are reading my review, I strongly recommend coming to this optical store. You will not be disappointed.

Had an incredible experience purchasing glasses at Novus optical and I want to thank Alla Khilevich for her skill and her knowledge about frames that fit my face perfectly and beautifully, artistic flare and eye for details. Just picked up some glasses and had an appointment. The owner is a lovely lady, very professional and knowledgeable. She stayed late to help me with my glasses. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

This place has been a delight! Wonderful experience in getting suggestions for glasses and frames - they gave us excellent advice on what to avoid, what to consider while buying frames, what shapes suits the face, which colors look better, which frames would fit best on the face.They gave more thought about my glasses than I did! These guys are fantastic! My family and I have been coming here for all our glasses for 15 years and they have never disappointed us! Excellent service- but the best part is that they can help you choose frames that suit your face. If you want help trying a new look or perfecting your current look, they are fabulous at knowing what kind of frames look best on your face. PLUS they do complementary adjustments after you purchase glasses from them. Good selection too! Five stars all the way!
