Went back for the second time and the service was just as amazing as the first time! Really great experience, got called up as soon as I got there and everything was sorted out in less than 15 minutes.1st experience- Amazing service, extremely helpful staff members, took 15 minutes to get everything sorted.

Worst, rudest and racist customer service from counter 8 bald guy. I will sue him for causing offense

Kelly was super helpful, patient and polite. I was misinformed about the documents to bring in with me but she was very accommodating and patient with me while i struggled to look for a document. She made my customer service experience very pleasant And smooth. I couldn't have done my application without her excellent service i almost gave up and rescheduled my appointment but she gave me options on how to ago about and in the end it turn out successfull. Thank you so much Kelly. Hope you get recognized for you amazing services:)

I went there for applying my health card , it was 4:50 pm and they were closing in 10 minutes but CURTIS helped me to apply my health card , what a service by him. I usually dont review but i cant stop myself from posting this. Keep up the good work man and thank you for your help.

Well... I must say my experience today was very nice. I was served by a man named Curtis and he was great. I was there for several different things: Renew Drivers license , renew health card, new outdoors card + a few tags. I went at 4pm and was out by 4:22pm. No issues, no complaints, very fast and efficient. I would recommend this location or going online for your Service Ontario needs.

I brought every required document to help my mother apply for a health card, but they refused and said they had the authority to request any further paperwork. They are unprofessional, unkind, and especially counter 8 the bald man are nasty. You are not forced to go to this place. They give the impression that they have authority over you. I brought the exact same document the other day and was accepted at the Grimsby site. Avoid going there because they are not there to assist you.

Today I got my OHIP done. Rick was the great help there. Thank you so much for your patience

Absolute rudest staff. Came in after my daughters school to take her liscence photo for her G. It was 345. Said they were too many appointments and we needed to leave. Didn’t want to offer help. Jennifer did not want to even speak with anyone. They were to concerned that they would have to stay pass close to actually serve the public. Many people left because they were absolutely disgusted arriving an hour and a half before close and being told to leave. The gentleman did not even want to get a manager or leave his name. Must have just wanted to leave early instead of serving the poor public waiting. Management needs to reorganize this place and set the priorities. Maybe if they were not too busy to make people leave upon entering the front door they could have served us all there. I guess they’re making their own hours up. Maybe the government should look into who running the business there in their name. Disgusting.

They said I couldn't go in because they got tear gassed. don't have tear gas, I would never do that. So why can't I go in?Trudeau, fix this or resign!
