My review of True North Ford gets updated every year - and every year we give them 5 stars - they're exceptional, professional, friendly, and thorough. It's now 2022 and we continue to be more than satisfied with the exceptional team at True North Ford. They have exceeded expectations every single time!2021 just wanted to update my review with a picture of a beautiful rainbow and our two Ford vehicles in our driveway. We do love both vehicles - but we also really appreciate the service at this dealership. If we need something, the team is always ready to go that extra mile for us!2019 True North Ford provides exceptional service in a timely manner. They follow up on your service requests and make sure they have met your expectations. They are friendly, and make you feel welcome in the dealership. I recommend them highly!

Service is easy to schedule and completed promptly. Sales team are also low pressure with great knowledge of vehicle features. I highly recommend this dealership.

It is always a great experience going to True North Ford in High Level, all staff are super friendly. I just bought a 2019 Ford Edge and Josh and Jenna were both fantastic and went over and above to help with everything. I love my Ford Edge!Thanks again guys :)

Absolutely fantastic service and very professional sales staff. Jordan was not pushy, and really calmed our nerves when it came down to buying a new vehicle. We told him what we wanted in our new truck and he came back with one that was in our price range and met every need we had asked of him. Jordan was honest and up front about everything and did not try to up sell us into something that did not match what our needs actually were. Davy was also fantastic and friendly, running a very friendly and professional business.I was amazed at the selection that was available between High Level and La Crete locations. If you are looking for a truck in a certain colour, with certain options and with certain packages, it is almost a guarantee they will have one for you on their lot.

I have been bringing my personal and company vehicles here for service 7+ years and i have yet to be disappointed in the service or sales. Great team!

our truck broke down in the middle of the night in a very bad spot on the road up north. we had an excellent tow truck driver come out and pick up our truck and trailer. our boss wanted us to bring it to the ford dealership in high level. at first they seemed helpful but as time went on the service manager seemed very hostile. we are from edmonton and needed a quick diagnostic. sure they are busy however someone with some sense could have rectified this situation easily. we are very thankful for recovery automotive for coming to pick up our truck and fix it within the hour.while waiting there for a diagnostic for 3 days, we had to continue working. the mechanics in the back were very helpful getting us on our way in that regard. save one, the older fellow who was chapped we used recovery auto. between that guy and the service manager, i would avoid this place despite the rest of the staffs efforts. this is why people avoid dealerships. thank you and good luck, i think you guys need it!
