I started going to Mosaic about 1.5 years ago and have never looked back! For starters, the space looks exactly how it should in my mind's eye. Bright, open, airy. And then there are the instructors. Extremely well trained. Kind, approachable, generous, joyous, spiritual. Most important, though, is how I feel when I go there- welcome, included, safe. Keep doing what you're doing Morgan and team!

Mosaic is honestly the best yoga studio in downtown Toronto. The instructors are wonderful and the classes are accessible regardless of how experienced you are. Such a welcoming environment!

Morgan and the Mosaic team have created a magical place. This is such a welcoming studio. There is a great cross-section of different movement classes, with a wide variety of inventive teachers. There really is something for everyone here. Can't recommend Mosaic enough!

Mosaic is a warm and fun place to do all kinds of yoga, each of which deserves detailed google reviews. Today I want to shine a spotlight on teacher Valerie Tiu. Val's calm presence, gentle guidance and generous heart ensure that students of all levels feel supported and safe as they move through deliberately-planned and endlessly varied sequences. Awesome as that is by itself, I began to notice that Val's is a powerful practise, running deep below the still waters. I hope you find that too. And one more thing - the musical selections are super inventive!

A very inclusive and supportive environment. Every session I’ve been to has been a very enjoyable experience. All instructors are very understanding of different backgrounds. A great place to go for both novices and the more experienced!

Mosaic Yoga is hands down my favourite studio in the city! It is a welcoming space where you not only feel supported and in community, but it also offers a variety of classes for all practice levels (one of my favs is the Pilates Yin Restorative with Tamara!) The teachers are also amazing and have SO much expert knowledge and wisdom. I am very grateful for this studio and the opportunity to practice in this space xo

I have gone to Mosaic Yoga since 2017 and can confidently say it is the best yoga studio in Toronto. It is an inclusive and welcoming space, with consistently excellent instructors who teach a great variety of classes. This studio is an 11/10. I would recommend to anyone - from beginners to those more experienced with yoga/pilates.

A really welcoming community with fantastic teachers and a great range of classes to choose from. Both locations are beautiful spaces and I love having a membership to both of them so that I can attend whichever classes I feel drawn to.

I've been practising yoga here for a couple years and absolutely love the space! It feels like a hidden gem, it's tucked away on a quiet street in a nondescript building. The inside is airy, surprisingly spacious and gets really nice light. All the classes have had a great energy, I've done restorative, Pilates and prenatal. They also have a rope wall! I've also done nidra training and got a lot out of my experience. You should check it out!

I’ve been to many Yoga studios over the years but I have never been to one that I’ve enjoyed as much as Mosaic Yoga . The sense of community is extremely prevalent in both spaces, as the teachers go out of their way to get to know you and create a friendly inviting space for everyone. Whatever energy level you are feeling in the day, they will happily greet you there right upon walking in. And I’ve personally never felt that level of care or welcomeness before at a yoga studio ever before in my life. The class types vary from Traditional Yoga (heated/not heated), to Pilates, to Barre and now my new favourite Rope Wall. I quickly found that every class type here challenged and excited me in ways that no other space has.Overall I think it’s definitely worth your time to try Mosaic. I an extremely confident you’ll see that they’re unlike any other studio in the city, and with the abundant TLC they give to each member and class, you’ll always leave feeling better overall than when you first walked in.
