I consistently receive exceptional customer service from Aritzia Coquitlam Centre. Danika, Caleb and the store manager Kassie are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location for kind, friendly service and great fashion advice! Keep up the amazing work team. Way to rock it!

I just stepped out of this store and had a awful experience. I will never go to Aritzia at Coquitlam Center again. I went the to make exchange for an item I just received yesterday as my birthday gift. The lady who was helping me was super pushy. When she wanted to do the transaction she found that the tag was removed (I didn’t know that either) and she angrily asked “where is the tag” I explained that I didn’t know that it doesn’t have a tag, I received it as a gift and maybe they removed it so I don’t learn the price or maybe it was removed by mistake but if you can’t accept the return it’s ok. She then did the transaction but repeatedly said we don’t accept items without tags with a super angry voice as she was looking for someone to argue with. She made me very embarrassed.(For anyone who wants to know who she was, she was a 30ish lady, well-built, about 5’6” and I guess she is of Asian decent)

They put the price for the whole rack and after waiting in the line they hit you with 3x the announced price!

Asked clerk to check and see if an item was available at their Guildford store. The computer showed 2 pairs so I asked her to call to confirm. She refused. Drove there and they couldn't find the items and the clerk there said we should have phoned, I told her the Coquitlam store refused to call them. She said she did not understand why they would not call. What a waste of gas.

If there’s anyone who is not happy with Lululemons changes to the Align Pant ( quality/material) then head next door to Aritzia and ask for the TNA Cheeky Butter ankle length, high waist legging!! Not only are they the same as the original Lulu Align but they are half the price!!

The one girl that helped me today was super nice and she’s exempt from this review. I have nothing but good things to say about her.The rest of the workers were the absolute opposite. They were rude, unprofessional and immature. I’m not sure if it’s a sales tactic to make people feel so uncomfortable and anxious they purchase products due to intimidation and pressure. However their workers attitude in how they speak to customers especially this blonde woman (potentially the manager?) was beyond me.They also body shame, and do not acknowledge or help individuals who don’t fit the ideal body type or aren’t in full glam? Which contradicts the above sales tactic as they’re selective with who they seem to want to purchase from them.It’s also super awful that they fail to put mirrors in the change rooms and yet when you walk out there’s a room full of men and other individuals there. There was hardly room to walk around or find a mirror.While I understand we all have bad days. I have had and witnessed multiple negative experiences at this location now and I’ve finally had enough. Time has proved the consistency in their behaviour is something I no longer want to support. What I purchased today will be the last product I will be purchasing at Aritzia.

For a store like Aritzia, I would have expected great customer service from their employees. Clothes are definitely of quality but costumer service not so much at all.Wanted to return a dress I bought not long ago and realise no return or exchange can be done on Black Friday. The return policy was due the day after that but I won't be around to do so. I tried my luck and politely asked the cashier if they would still accept my request and if not it would be okay as i was paying for my new clothes. She did not made any eye contact at all, and rejected my request as if she was annoyed by my request.I understand the terms and conditions set by management but I'd expect customer service to be in top notch and it'd be nice to deny request in a polite manner.

used to come to the location very often as I live in the area and so coquitlam centre is very close to me and i love the Aritzia brand. its rly unfortunate being welcomed by girls that just glare unless you're ready to drop a bag for THEIR commission. One of the girls, Danika king has the most unwelcoming and disgusting presence/glare??? and I will always hate coming into this aritzia because of it. y'all need better staffing, perhaps people that aren't disgustingly obnoxious. small issues like this have big effects on customers and people that walk in, and it's happened every. single. time. with her.

Honestly. I’m not surprised and I’m not sure why I even tried but I bought these cargos at the metro town location and the girls were so sweet and lovely but I needed the tall size. Was at Coquitlam so thought might as well try. These girls were so horrible I wanted to cry after my experience. I have hot pink hair so they’ll remember me and walked in with my two best friends and they treated me like trash. I hope they see this. Work on the way you talk to other people who don’t dress like you and be nicer. Mean girl attitude that whole store.

The styles here are to die for, its such a lovely brand of apparel. The dresses this season are especially nice, and I love the trousers. The location at Coquitlam centre is nice and large and offer a great selection of their overall inventory. However, the other malls in the city do have a larger inventory. Nevertheless, I like coming to this location and seeing what they have.The one thing I don't get about Aritzia is the way they do sales". Most of their items on sale are four to five dollars off and because of this small percentage discount
