Mirage Pool and Spa
Mirage pool have been opening and closing my pool for a couple of years now. They installed new liners for me last year as well. I used to buy my pool accessories from them too. While closing last year looked like they removed a number of connections they normally don’t so I thought it was ok. They opened my pool last week and the kids had a hard time putting things together and getting the pump to run and there was leaks everywhere. They left saying they fixed it all and if I see a leak it should go away within a couple of days. The leak is still there and the pump pressure is not ideal either. Called Amanda my contact there and sent her leak pics. She tells me that overtime leaks happen and I have to pay a service fee to fix it. She was rude and tells me that I don’t understand it “I am stupid”. They charge higher than most places but their service is not as great. They lost my business just like that!!!

Pool opening this year was the best. Jason and Yousif did a fantastic job, opening, cleaning off my deck and safety cover to a cleaner than ever before state. Answered my abundance of questions patiently, and went over and above. Tristan came for the 2 day package and left my pool swimworthy for the 1st time in years. I was going to try a new pool company this year. I’m glad I didn’t. Hope this level of service keeps up.

They are a tremendous service provider for me! They replaced my old sand filter last year. When I opened my pool for summer, I followed the same steps I always follow, but sand particulars started coming from our pool’s jet nozzles. I didn’t pay attention to the particulars in the first place as I have never thought about the sand but I stopped the pump after I realized it. I immediately called Mirage Pool and arranged a service call. The technician told me that there was a problem with lateral assembly. Regardless, they were determined to help me as soon as they understood my situation which was very important for me. They then informed me that this was under warranty and that they will contact me as soon as they contact the manufacturer. They called me the next day and confirmed me that this was under warranty and it would be fixed for free of charge( we are talking about close to 800 dollars). We had lots of sand in our pool so they gave me free pool cleaning service to clean our pool. My pool is so clean that I can tell I have never experienced the issue( including algae cleaning as I use safety cover- I don’t know how much it costs to tell the truth)What else do you want from a pool service provider?! This is my experience with Mirage Pool and I will continue to go to them for everything I need.I was using a different provider before I selected Mirage Pool for changing my sand filter. This experience showed me I made the right decision.I will continue to get everything from them as a happy customer to show them my appreciation for their service. I am very happy with their honesty!

I can’t say enough good things about Mirage pools. Their in store service is amazing. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The best part is if they don’t know, they don’t guess and they go find the answer! My most recent experience was dealing with a pool leak. I went into the store seeking help. The person I was dealing with referred me to Mike (believe he is the owner) for further help. Mike called me within a day (super impressed by this), gave me the advice I needed and put me in touch with Diver Dave. Dave came out within a day, found the leak and had it fix in about an hour.I am so thankful for Mirage, Mike and Dave’s work, support and customer service.Highly recommend Mirage!Matt Horton

DO NOT GET A SAFETY COVER OR POOL OPENING/CLOSING DONE BY MIRAGE!We got our safety cover done through Mirage last fall, which includes a pool closing. Cost over $3000. We also got Mirage to do our pool opening this year to make sure our warranty on the cover wouldn't be voided for any reason. We decided to go with another company for our pool closing who came highly recommended from friends and family. When closing our pool and looking at the pool cover install He said Mirage did a horrible job! 9 safety cover anchors seized and will need to be replaced! He said they didn't spray them when they opened the pool. He also said they should have drilled in the interlocking, and not the sand. Heavy snowfall will eventually pull the cover into the pool.I called mirage and was told someone would return my call. No one returned my call. I called back a week later and spoke to Amanda. She said this is caused by debris getting stuck in the anchors. She said this isn't covered by warranty. And it would cost $160 for a service call, and $40 for each anchor to be replaced. That's $520?! They weren't willing to do anything after such a short period of time, this is terrible customer service!

Great service. After 18 years with another company (pioneer pools) and many unresolved issues and complaints, made the switch to Mirage - great decision. Excellent pool opening - very thorough and superior service……things I would have never received in the past. Had some other services done: new filter and lights - great communication with me and extremely thorough work. What a great customer experience. I would recommend Mirage Pool & Spa to anyone!
