Had to bring my senior cat here for an emergency. They took him in right away and staff were very compassionate and worked with me and provided many different treatment options without feeling pressured. Happy to say that I was able to bring my boy home and he continues the thrive in his golden years. Thank you!

I am overwhelmed by the compassion, respect and dignity i was treated with on my visit here on July 26th. I have an exotic pet which this clinic does not deal with but when i called about compassionate euthanasia, they completely understood and took me right in . They didnt let my boy Bentley suffer any longer. They got a room for us and after the procedure, they told us to just take our time. I want to thank you all for taking such great care of Bentley and my son and I. We were treated with the utmost respect and compassion, beyond measure! I would HIGHLY recommend your clinic to everyone! Thank you for being so understanding and compassionate. As hard as the whole situation was, your staff made it as easy as possible for us.

Exceptional staff. Kind, caring, and so very compassionate. So happy this was where we brought our Bessie after her tragic accident. We could not have asked for a better experience at such a trying time. Thank you! ❤️

I found myself in an emergency situation with my dog and went to this clinic. My dog was in a lot of pain and normally is not good around strange people, the staff took extra care when dealing with my dog knowing she was stressed. They took her back and assessed her and came back and went over everything with me. I felt no pressure at any point to do anything. They explained what they found in detail, went over possible options and unfortunately I had to put my dog down. They helped me feel confident in That decision, again with no pressure. Went out of there way to give me the time I needed to say goodbye, they even let me wait a bit for my family to come say goodbye. This was a very surprising awful situation that was only made better by the kindness of the doctor and staff at this clinic. My beautiful girl Kali is now at peace. Thank you so much for your compassion during the worst day ever!

Fabulous! My pup was treated within w hours on a very busy Saturday. They were all attentive, professional and loved my fur queen.Pup was very ill and needed help. They calmed me down. They cared for her. They are amazing. Sent all notes to our vet for follow up. $350 for emergency help that would have cost at least that much at regular vet. Bargain to save pooch.

Our family pet died suddenly of what we believe was heart failure at 4 years old. (A neva masquerade). It took a few months for me to try and put this review together. I wanted to do it right. These guys are really good people. It was about 10pm when I called. No doctor on sight at the time, but they did have a staff member in, and they gave us the options to help take care of our lost one. It wasn't too expensive, and they gave me time with our lost one after I came by and explained what we witnessed. We got a probable explanation on the spot for what likely happened to him (which seemed dead on accurate). They printed off a map for us to locate where the ashes would go, and they were very comforting. Another thing.. I found out from my buddy who used to plow snow. When I told him what happened and where I went for the cremation, he said Those guys are decent! They used to bring us out hot chocolate late at night while we were clearling the lot out back." He was in a bad spot in life when he was doing that job. Hearing that they brought him some comfort too really made me feel like we found a good place to take our lost one.. Keep your chin up everyone! Focus on the good you get with the bad!"

My dog potentially had an obstruction in her small intestine, and our vet recommended we bring her to this clinic so they could keep her on fluids overnight and do another X-ray. Overall our experience here was great. We were greeted by friendly receptionists, and Dr. Rob was thorough and happy to answer all of our questions without rushing us. We really appreciate the help this clinic gave to our dog! Thank you!

We took our cat in to be checked. Was sent home with a urine test kit and was told if we can get the sample and bring it back the next day within half hour of it being collected, it will be checked. We paid our $305 bill and left. We got the sample and got it back the next day as they had advised. We sat and waited for the results, spoke to the vets and then left. At no point did anyone say we owed another $160 for the test. We had no idea till month later they called saying we had outstanding balance. When I called to discuss this and that no one during both our visits explained that it’s another $160, they just have their pre written speech about that they will talk to the staff etc and really didn’t care at all that it was not explained but just when are you coming to pay or you can pay over the phone with cc. I did forget to go in and pay and then got a call saying it’s going to collections. The staff was nice when we were there and our cat is ok.I really didn’t appreciate not being told about my outstanding balance a month after our visit when no one explained that to us that we had a balance owing when we were in the clinic and we were in twice. They had no concern about it at all when you say that it was never explained that it would be another $160 on top of the $305.If you go… make sure everything regarding costs is explained to you up front so you are not surprised later. There is a fee to walk in the door of $180 and the vet should make all cost’s and potential costs transparent when talking to your clients.

Had an emergency with my Doberman/Rottweiler cross, Riley on Saturday pm. From the time they answered the phone they were professional, understanding and compassionate. Staff even helped me get Riley out of the car once I arrived. Dr. Karen Jung is amazing; gave Riley a very thorough assessment and presented all options and choices. I felt very confident in her diagnosis. The vet tech was kind and explained the medications well. I was very thankful and appreciative of their amazing service!!!

We had to lay our sweet Rayder and Zoey to rest this past week. This is truly the most heartbreaking review that I’ve ever had to write, but I had to acknowledge the outstanding care my dogs received at this clinic. During the early morning of Feb 15, we had to rush my 5yo male Cane Corso into the clinic for a sudden euthanasia due to an unexpected and fatal cancer diagnosis given 2 days before. The male vet tech we had this night was so compassionate and understanding, he helped make us feel at peace with such a terrible choice we had to make. The vet (I believe Dr. Kassandra Young, but I could be wrong as my focus was not on names) was so kind and showed so much respect given the situation. We left this night with a broken heart. Unfortunately, we had to return to the clinic with horrible results 2 days later after laying our sweet boy to rest, with our 7yo female Cane Corso. After she was experiencing severe vomiting, the same vet gave my husband and I options on diagnostic tests and her true opinion on what the results were likely going to give. I did not feel once that they were trying to push unnecessary treatment on us. It breaks our heart to say that after leaving her in critical care for some therapy to treat her, it was found she had an intestinal blockage, likely a mass, that was at this point, untreatable. We returned on Feb 20 to help put her to rest so she could play in the clouds with her brother. The vet tech we had this day ensured our last moments with our girl were spent together, and went above and beyond to ensure we were not separated for one second. Our vet was again, so compassionate and sympathetic while helping to guide our girl into a better place. In 5 days, we lost our whole world - 10 days ago we had 2 dogs that were seemingly, perfectly healthy until they no longer were. To write this review is something I never want to do again, but I appreciate just how much the team here helped make the hard decisions, just the tiniest bit easier. Thank you for the entire team here. Fly high Zoey and Rayder, I can’t wait for the day we can meet again.
