It's almost heartbreaking to see so many positive reviews when I had such a different experience with Suitablee. While much of the process was positive for me - especially the input of the stylists, the fabric selection and the price - they unfortunately just did not deliver. After working with them to design a tux for my wedding and a separate three-piece summer suit, they ended up cancelling my order and refunding my money at the last-minute without even giving a valid reason. I've had custom suits made in Asia, Europe and the US and was hopeful that Suitablee could be a new partner to updated my wardrobe. Sadly, I was disappointed and left hanging.

Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived , the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism... it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer... custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth.EDIT: June 2023Used the suit last weekend for a wedding. The team at Suitablee at the time helped me choose a classic colour so that it could last me for a while. I'm blown away by how well it has held up. Thanks again guys!
