I have an older Campion, a 1994 vintage. I needed a toggle switch that is now unavailable but I was able with the help of the secretary find a replacement. Great customer service.

I own a 2004 622WA and consider it one of the best boats on the water. Boating on the North Atlantic can be challenging on a rough day. In 17 years, I have never taken one over the bow but have experienced some rough times and turbulent waters. This boat has stood up to the test of time and remains a top shelf and good quality boat after 17 years. I recommend it without reservation.Ed Poznek, Cape May, New Jersey

I own a Campion Allante XL925 and am the 3rd owner and we love our boat. We have had a couple of items that needed replacement or just inquiring about...and Julie at Campion has been so very helpful. If she does not know the answer immediately, she finds out and gets right back to you..Parts, are in the mail the next day and this is the Best Customer Service I have had in a long long time,..Thank you Julie

I have a 2017 Campion that was leaking into the cuddy. They said that they would not cover the repair of the leak. Ended up being a broken rivet that held the deck together under the bumper rail. Brutal.

2010 545i LXSafe. Stable at speed. Smooth in rough water. Volvo 4.3 Gxi very quiet and fuel efficient. Great handling ( able to drive onto a trailer in a 35km/hr cross wind.....bow into the wind...,, drift in close and turn it on with a snap of power.... Magic). Highest quality craftsmanship in exterior and interior. Stainless hideaway cleats....color gel coat all the way through the hull... Kevlar keels..... Solid adjustable seats and bolsters.... Smooth engine bays with loads of service room.... Built in coolers for snacks.... Stainless cupholders.... I'm rambling now but it's difficult not to if you own one.The owner personally will give you a tour and passionate explanation of any boat and build process.... Factory Test pilot willing to talk to you directly about power options that will best suit your use and needs.... Not sell you something you don't need.....they exude the very definition of customer service. There is not a better boat out there. I won't buy anything else.

I spoke with Julie in the Campion office and she was wonderful. I took a chance by calling the manufacturer direct with a question about our boat (fully thinking I would be redirected to a dealer), but I was wrong. Not only was Julie so pleasant to deal with, she went above and beyond and actually helped me to obtain the item I was looking for - she shipped it via next day courier for me. Thank you so very much for your wonderful service, Julie! :) From: Julie in Vancouver.

Highly disappointed, Campion customer service has majorly declined since the company was purchased by KV Private Equities an investment company in 2018this is our experience, Four years ago, we purchased a brand new Campion SV3 Wakeboard boat, we paid 100,000.00 for the boat, which we did because of the options it had and that it was Canadian made we felt it was a good choice. We had 80 hours on the boat when the main drive shaft broke, the boat almost sank and we had children onboard with us. We called Campion and spoke Brock (who was the original owner) he told us he never had heard of this before and he quickly took the boat and fixed it for us and we were back on the water in a couple of days. 80 hours later the same thing happened, since it was a previous issue we called Campion to discuss it and told them we would pay for it whatever it took we just wanted our boat fixed and to be able to get back on the water when our children and grandchildren came out, the new owners told us that they were not authorized to do repairs and we would have to call and get it fixed somewhere else, an existing problem with the boat! We found a private mechanic to fix it and called to the manufacture where the drive shaft is made in the States, ordered one and where told for the shaft to break it is a alignment issue back when the boat was manufactured and will continue to break unless fixed properly. We talked directly to the President of KV Private Equities, he said he had never heard of anything like this before, we wanted to see if there was anything they could do to get us on the water as the parts and repairs take so much time and the season is short. We received the same response Sorry there is nothing we can do" not even a boat to use absolutely nothing other then a sorry

Hello,We are extremely deceived by our Campion Case 2013, in which our exterior hull shows visible signs of osmosis after only 6 years of fabrication. However the case, in every article that we researched in this matter of osmosis, it is mentioned that, this occurrence happens only after aging boats reach 10 to 15 years and never sooner like ours that is only 6 years old. Of course Campion has advised us that there is no longer a warranty and they can’t do anything for us.We consider that our situation goes beyond campion’s warranty policy and that is due to manufacturing defect. After having different pleasure vessels in our lifetime with this Campion product, you can rest assured that it will be our last Campion product and we are informing you that all of our colleagues and future communication with others in our field, will be advised to never purchase a Campion boat ever.Dissatisfied customers!

Campion Boats has some of the worst customer service I've ever received for replacement parts. I first inquired on July 24 for replacement parts for my Allante 545i, I was told by the customer service rep (Julie Samson) to provide pictures of the parts I need and a hull #, which I provided on the same day. 11 days later I still haven't received a response so I sent a follow up email, I heard back the next day and was told I'll check it out tomorrow"
