Really did not enjoy my last few visits to this store.

Best dispo in the city of Milton prices are amazing and very awesome workers here too.

They treat people with respect and treat you as a paying customer

I typically don’t do google reviews but in this scenario I feel obligated to do so . Generally speaking I’ve always had a great experience with this store as the staff are very friendly which has always made up for the lack of items we’ve been looking for so we always returned .However 48 hours ago we purchased an ooze vaporizer and a disposable cartridge to go along with it . We were very happy with our purchase opened it as soon as we got home and used it once before going to bed , woke up and everything was great - no change we store it how we were told by the staff . Remove the cartridge from the vaporizer between uses. The following evening we used it again before bed and again took it apart as per instructions. However this time when taking it apart we realized the cartridge had significantly leaked out and filled the vaporizer with oil .The following afternoon I return back to the storefront (48 hours after purchase - used 2 times ). I explained what happened and the nice girl at the front understood where we were coming from so she called her boss I won’t name names . He told the girl that he knows those cartridges leak so he agreed to replace it . I asked to also have the actual vaporizer pen replaced as well as it was purchased at the same time and is now filled with oil . She called her boss again and he said no he wouldn’t replace it . So that was that - Dear Owner- if you’re knowingly selling faulty products don’t be surprised when they come back to you within 48 hours . If you’re going to continue to sell these products then hold yourself and business accountable and replace the items in full.Unfortunately by not doing so we will no longer be returning because we can no longer trust we are pursuing a quality product . Buyer beware

For anyone looking for a variety of products or simply a quick fix to fit your needs, this is THE place to go. The stores aesthetically minimalistic layout makes it easy for you to get a better sense of what you’re looking for if you’re one who gets overwhelmed making product decisions while purchasing. The customer service is by far one of the best I’ve seen. The budtenders are extremely friendly and simply just there to help you in any way, wether it’s help price matching, finding a product, giving general knowledge on the specifics of a product or even simply recommending personal & trending favourites. Would 11/10 recommend!

The general admissions products are the lowest prices I’ve found in town.Recently I’ve asked for product they don’t typically carry to be brought in and they have come thru for me.Stacie or stacey (P!nk) however she spells it, is always kind and has put the effort in to build rapport with me. When she’s working it’s like I’m visiting a friend.
