My family just switched to Dawson Heights pharmacy because we have just moved into town. I am really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was when I went to pick up my moms medication! I talked to Sarah while I was there and she was super friendly!

I clicked a link on the Thunder Bay Health Unit website to book an appointment for an over 40 COVID vaccination at Dawson Heights and it went straight to their booking page so I booked an appointment for that afternoon. It was immediately canceled and I then found out that age group didn't start until the next day. When I tried to tell them that the link from the TBDHU site should be corrected I was accused of stealing someone's spot, that appointments can't be booked from the TBDHU site, and that their page clearly says only age 55 or higher. Nothing like trying to help someone to fix their online systems and then being called a liar and someone trying to cheat the system..... never again.

Wonderful clinic staff and outstanding pharmacy. We've seen Vinay Kapoor for several years and he's always delivered excellent care and advice. So pleased to have run into him again at the Dawson Heights pharmacy/clinic. Would recommend him and Dr. Dave to family and friends. Thanks so much!
