Amazing friendly staff. Was helped by a server named Liam who was working so hard. Amazing owner who lives up to the name “social” if you’ve been here, you know him, and you know the service and food is 10/10. I hope to see it last as long as possible and possibly expand. Congratulations on an amazing business and the experience you offer social 242. Keep it up!!

$20 cover for overpriced drinks and unpleasant service.Never have I paid a cover to sit down and eat over priced food and drinks. I expected more. Won’t go again.

The food here was amazing, nothing short of delicious! Not to mention they have a full vegan menu and are willing to veganize whatever you’d like! Drinks were great, service was great! Definitely an awesome spot if you’re looking to have dinner with some friends, they had a DJ, great vibes!

Ordered the summer 3 course meal ($35) with lots of options for vegan and meat eaters. The starters are on the small side, tasty. We ordered the summer salad and bruschetta (not traditional but with cream cheese and basil pesto). The mains are the star here with a seafood fettuccini and peach bbq pork ribs served with roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies. The portions were a good size that made up for the starter. There are 6 choices from cheesecake, boozy coffee, gf fruit crumble and lemon bar served with vegan lavender ice cream (from parlour creamery!)

We were looking for a place to eat at 9pm in Kelowna and to our surprise allot of places stop serving food around 830-9. We then came across social 242 lounge and grill and went in. The staff from waitress, bartender ,cook, and DJ were very accommodating, we then proceeded to order allot of food and wow everything was awesome from food to drinks and service. I will be going back as it was a great experience in how a restaurant should be. My thanks go out to everyone there.

First time here and I really enjoyed the place!A great vibe and energy surrounded us.Our server Dakota was helpful and kind and made us feel comfortable.The food was decent tho. My mac and cheese, although yummy, was super oily, and I could not finish it. My friend’s cauliflower wings were also oily.We will be back as we loved the vibe!

I love this place so damn much. The food is AMAZING. I eat the vegan Mac and cheese 2 times a week. The staff is always so wonderful. The energy that these guys have created is so incredible. Please go in and check these guys out if you haven’t yet or are just stopping into town <333

Very unprofessional establishment. My friends and I were told to leave by the owner after having a couple shots. We settled our tab and tipped our waiter very generously, went out for a vape and decided to come back in for another drink after realizing the bar we wanted to go to was closed. We were seated at a new table and abruptly interrupted by the owner almost immediately while our waitress was chatting with us. He told us we had to leave because of an unsettled bill. We assured him we did not walk out on any bill, but would be happy to see the paper work and settle up if the mishap did accidentally occur… Not only did he refuse to let us settle said tab…. He wouldn’t tell us exactly why we were being told to leave, and the waiter we so generously tipped at the beginning of our night happened to be outside the bar, and made rude comments to us as we left.

A few friends and I got two drinks each, went for a smoke break, asked for the bill. Paid. Upon re-entering after a vape break, the manager asked us to leave, we asked why he said we've been told you've been cut off from the waiter and too inebriated and unable to pay your bills
