The place was not busy when i went in, lots of staff but yet service was very slow.Floors and tables were dirty, bathrooms in the basement, and upstairs one for wheel chair , was dirty and keep locked. I had my 93 yr grandma with me who had to use the restroom . Staff stood outside wheel chair bathroom whole time she was in their. When I questioned it the woman said she didn't want the key getting lost, so i gave it back and she still kept watching us even when we came out.Ridiculous, what do you think a 93yr old who can barely walk is gonna steal or do in there.

They are so slow with making orders and they erase all order numbers from the board before the order is ready. It's busy and noisy so you have to listen carefully for when they call your order number so you don't miss it.

Ordered food online and gave my order away. Waited over an hour and when I called to ask what happened the manager got defensive and told me to fix the issue myself. I know you’re not gourmet but this is pretty basic. I don’t care that a mistake was made, your response to that mistake was lacking to say the least.

Just started to place order, manager decided to swap out cash draw… don’t mind me I’m only the customer. Ordered a cappuccino and a muffin, waited in line for at least 10 minutes. They for some reason cleared the order board? Finally git my order. Cranberry muffin? I have no idea what muffin this is! Coffee horrible. I got my butter but no knife and no napkins. Guess I’m supposed to put the butter on with my finger. Then wipe my hands on my pants. Lol

The food was mediocre, the service was OK and the dining area was dirty and smelled like pee. This was first thing in the morning.

Maintenance staff is unaware whether table delivery service from the McD app is available at this outlet.Ordered from the app and provided table number as requested by the app but never got the order.Went to front desk to enquire and was informed that table delivery is not offered beyond 7 PM despite the McD app offering the same at this venue.

i have an issue with my whole experience there today. my whole order was stale and not only that when i got an ice cream in a cup they put a cone on top of it as a lid. when i asked to replace the ice cream the lady grabs the cone off the ice cream from my hand and says “is that good?” the manager watching whole time and he says “put a lid on it” and she sticks a lid on in while it’s still in my hand. gross and i’ve never gotten a large fries this stale in my life i’m actually upset. terrible service and i don’t like how that situation was managed at all.

First off, the overnight crew is friendly enough but is usually understaffed and overwhelmed with orders so service is slow.The daytime crew however is equally as slow but also has garbage attitude.The McDonalds down the street at 356 Yonge is miles ahead both in terms of service and consistency of food, and just better management.
