In the past, I had a bad experience with Ashley’s furniture. But today Brendan was so helpful. He was friendly and approachable. He made purchasing my new couches easy and efficient. Because of Brendan I will shop at Ashley’s Furniture again. Thank you!

We bought furnitures with Ashley at Red Deer. First delivery attempt - lots of furnitures and furniture parts were missing and delivery guy refused to accept the wobbly bar stool and one with permanent indent that we wanted to return. 2nd delivery attempt Queen bed frame still has missing parts. We were told it has been ordered and will be delivered directly to us but it's been a month and no delivery yet. No tracking number and they themselves cannot track it. They keep telling us it will be 2-4 weeks from when it was ordered. So it's been a month now that we have the Queen bed frame at home that we cannot even use because of the missing parts. How fair is that?

We had a good experience with Ashley when buying our new sectional. Our salesperson Joe was great and our sectional came in within about 10 days of their original estimate. The piece we ordered ended up being a bit big and we had to return one piece and it was a pretty seamless process. Customer Care was really easy to get on the phone, no waiting on hold, and connected with a real human. The piece was picked up right from our house within a few days. Would recommend for sure!

Encounter 1:I found the sales associate named Joe Whitfield (Red Deer AB store) to be an excellent individual who is willing to help and he was very patient with my son who has a disability. He provided exceptional service and was very patient as my son perused the store inventory. He was more than willing to ask what my son liked and give us time to just explore. I wish there were more associates like him. The products are of high-quality, Are durable and are meant to last. Our first couch from Ashley furniture was a tank that lasted six children and died after only 10 years, And it was one of their lower end models. Since then we have upgraded to a beautiful leather couch and are very happy with it and the level of comfort that it provides.Encounter 2:During an additional delivery the driver and his crew provided an exceptional experience that was absolutely amazing and I absolutely recommend this service to anyone who deals with this location. Absolutely above and beyond amazing work!Encounter 3/4:So I had also purchased a mattress at this location, however, sometimes there’s a manufacture delay. Even though there was a delay, I was able to have the store refund me the cost of the mattress without a penalty due to the situation. I found this to be a great customer service example in working with the customer, and I would still go to the store for my furniture, because I have found it to be a very good quality and really stylish. Way to go Rob!

I came into the store with specific requirements (size & matching pieces) I left those requirements with Christopher and he was able to present me with 4 possibilities electronically. Communications were smooth and clear. Online payment went without a hitch. I'm quite pleased with the service.

The worst customer service. I ordered a king bed and dresser, my husband picked up the bed almost 2 months after ordered and they said the dresser was still in Calgary, ok no problem I guess. I’ve called numerous times and they keep giving me the run around …” the dresser was marked as picked up, they were having problems with their computer system” I’ve been told 3 times now that somebody would call me back and crickets… I’m so fed up with you guys. Two stars because I like the bed u got but guess I’m never getting my dresser. I ordered April 15 and still nothing. Very unprofessional.

Awesome service! Service from the start was great, delivery and set up I was very pleased with. Made some changes, and changes were made without a problem.

I'm not a big fan of dealing with sales people. However we dealt with Dennis and Brendan for purchasing a kitchen table and learning about mattresses. They were excellent service and Ashley furniture definitely had much better selection and styles of items over other big stores we shopped at.
