This 18' tall statue is about a respected Stoney leader 'Sitting Eagle' (John Hunter - Irhe Wapta). Even though I've visited Morley for a few times, honestly I don't know the relationship of this statue and the Stoney people until I read the history behind. Thanks to this great art work located in the downtown area!
