This dentist office is exceptional. They prioritize their patients' oral health, deliver excellent service, and use state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they take the time to educate their patients. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Dr. Abbott's dental office for several years. He has a rare and refreshing commitment to customer service rather than the I am doing you the favor" mentality that is all too common with other medical practitioners locally.Although it is obvious it is a busy and successful practice Dr. Abbott and his team do not make you feel rushed.Appointments always start on time and there is never waiting.The place is truly like a well oiled machine.The facility is exceptionally clean as well.Most of all

Convenient location for all west end city residents. The staff are always friendly and easy to deal with. Have always had great hygenists. My dentist did a great job removing a main molar a couple of years ago. I haven't shopped around, but from what I have heard, the prices appear to be on par with the rest of the city.

Dr Shah and all the staff, actually, are fantastic. Dr Shah's laid back demeanor is assuring. His comedy needs improvement however...haha I kid! He was excellent in timing...explaining and the work he did was great. Highly recommend!!!

My 8 year old daughter had a terrible experience with Dr Geoff Smith. She was medicated prior to (due to anxiety) and had the gas while there via nose. The doctor put a needle in her jaw, without any numbing which caused her to react with screaming and kicking her legs. Before she had a chance to process this, or let the needle numb her gums, he immediately started working on her. She was already anxious. The dentist or the assistant did nothing to try to help her relax. Instead he was quite irritable and after just a minute of trying to work on her tooth, he stood up and said something to the affect of “we aren’t getting anything done. She needs to go to the OR.” And he left the room quite abruptly. My daughter cried the whole way back home (an hour drive). This was traumatizing for her, and for me. This was our second apt with this doctor. The first was smoother but didn’t involve a needle. Nonetheless, the first apt didn’t properly address the issues cause if they did, we would not have had to go back a second time.I am only speaking with respect to Dr Geoff Smith as there are several other dentists at this practice that I have not dealt with. Dr Smith should not be working with children in my opinion. He has very little patience and his social skills, or lack thereof, are especially not welcoming to children.

The staff here are the best. Dr, Umer Shah is amazing along with his assistants. The hygienist Madison is alsoIncredible. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and amazing at their jobs!

Not sure if anyone has ever described their dental cleaning experience as relaxing - but mine sure was! Heather is so gentle at scraping away all my plaque - always making sure there is no pain for me at all. Highly recommend Heather (and Holly when she comes back from mat leave).

It was my first time going there, and all the staff I encountered were super friendly, and professional. Everything that was done, was explained thoroughly to me, as they were doing it, and it just made the entire process more comfortable for me and put my mind at ease. I used to be really nervous about the dentist, but since switching to Wade Abbott dentistry, I actually look forward to going there. 10/10, highly recommend!

Dr. Shah is by far the best dentist I’ve yet to encounter. People who know me, know I would much rather do a lot of things then go to the doctor or dentist. The team at Wade Abbott, are truly phenomenal and so pleasant each time I go there, from the ladies out front to the people in the back. They make my experience extremely peaceful and wonderful. Highly recommend.
