Spyros has to be one of the most enthusiastic/passionate worker I have ever met, Seriously. Picked out an amazing board for me, gave me so many suggestions and details on just about everything in the store (clothes, scooter, longboard/skateboard/prices/getting things for me) was so willing to help, excellent customer service, will definitely be back!! Give this hard worker a raise honestly! The girl that helped pick out my shoes was amazing as well!!!

Update your info on google for Hamilton store. Paid for parking at Jackson square and after looking for store to find it boarded up. I am sorry this has happened as a lot of things sucks right now but update it. A lot of time and money wasted today.

The manager was extremely polite and helped me with everything and she made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Wish customer service was that friendly at some of the other stores I shop at!

I went into the store to buy two scooters for my kids the girls behind the counter had no interest in helping me. after asking them a question about whether they had more scooters they told me they had them in back when we had decided on the ones we wanted they only had the ones on display when I asked if there was a discount for those that are all scratched the reply was a sarcastic sorry that’s the price. If it wasn’t for my kids I would have not bought anything at this store or will I ever again...

Tried to return some items today. Staff member behind the counter wouldn't accept digital copy at first, then when pressed said they couldn't refund due to some of the items being offered under promotion. This also went with the original statement of them saying we don't do refunds today because it's extremely busy (even though there was only one other person in the store). All in all, it really seemed that the rep didn't want to work or be there at all today. Very dissatisfied, and stuck with items we were unable to return.

They don't refund for returns. I made a wrong purchase and realized that when I received the bill. Even if I hadn't left the shop, they refused to refund the money. Very bad customer service. Will never ever shop here again.
