EVEX (Weston) Luggage Repair

They closed the store down Oct 15th, 2022, Somebody else is advertising Weston luggage repair online in Richmond, but not sure if legit?

I called everywhere and no one was able to provide a really quick turnaround time on a backpack zipper replacement. Long story short I told them I needed it two days from the day I dropped it off (at noon) but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call at 3 PM the same day letting me know it was ready!Great service and repair.

Bag repaired, but broke again within a week. Changed locations without information

The place WAS excellent, but the place has SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY. Unfortunately, this listing doesn’t show that. I drove down there to find an empty store. There’s a NEW PROVIDER in Richmond called Weston luggage on River Road.

Permanently closed. They need to update their Google information and communicate with their partners as we were sent here from United Airlines to get our luggage repaired.

Weston was the official RIMOWA Repair Service in vancouver so their technicians have extensive experience and knowledge with all suitcases from rimowa. I’ve had to take my suitcase in a couple of times for repair and the service is always very friendly and turn around time was fast.

The lady was super nice and taught me great tips on how to pick the right suitcase. How they damaged and what I should look in a suitcase.

I went into Evex today as I was directed by Air Canada to go in to pick up a suitcase to replace a suitcase which was damaged by them. I was flabbergasted by the rude, obnoxious service I was greeted by. The representative there did not even try to listen to why I was there and what I was advised by Air Canada instead started yelling at me, in a rude tone and stated that he would not be able to help me.I do not understand why anyone would go to this location and give them any kind of business. There was no customer service and was the worst experience I have ever had. This man did not ask for my information or try toLook at what Air Canada had told me. I am unsure why Air Canada sends their customers there. I even spoke to Air Canada and hope they will take the feedback provided and stop doing business with this location. I would give negative stars if google would allow me to.

Permanently closed.I'm disappointed that their Google listing doesn't say so. Neither does their voicemail. Please change it.I drove from the Westend.They did good work for me, years ago. I'm sorry they closed.Thank you for responding.
