I have been dealing with Margot for the past 2 years, and I have never been more informed and involved about my taxes. Margot doesn't only take care of my finance needs but also answers all my questions along the way. Once upon a time when we did get to go into the facility they were all very welcoming.

I must say my taxes have been done here for years and I never had a problem until I opened my own business. I was never given any bookkeeping as proof of my taxes to show the government. It was all done in her head. That is well and good but when you have a business, the government can’t see what’s in your head.I do complement the fast and friendly service I received all those years and it did feel like home.

Terrible experience. Extremely rude, unhelpful. Did not follow up on calls. Got the job done at the end but delayed & service was horrendous. Asked me for a document that I had already provided. I showed them the document, they still held on to my folder without doing anything. The next time I followed up they said the same thing - they were missing the document. Once again I clarified. This went on for months. When I finally went in to finalize, the accountant was unbelievably rude. Most confusing and disappointing experience.

I've been going to Lorilee's Tax Services since I was 18 years old. I'm now 34 and have never missed a year with the ladies down there. Excellent customer service and they do everything to get you your top refund. See you next year ladies!
