I have an experience here for 3 months. Fortunately, I found this place from advertisement on FB then I made a decision to try it due to desire to change my body and my mindset about healthy lifestyle. Moreover, it was out of my expectation. Personal trainers and facilities are really interesting, the studio is not too big but it is private. PT are really nice, enthusiastic and conscientious. My coach is Huy Nguyen, highly recommend practising with him when you join FxA fitness. Hope you can find best version of yourself when being a memeber here!!!

At first, I was searching for a local gym in my area, and I was totally impressed. The studio was very private, I felt comfortable to do cardio or weights. You can go to do cardio any time as a member. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere inviting and comfortable. The trainer was highly skilled and experienced, especially, David and Long, helped me a lot. They were able to create a workout plan that was tailored to my specific needs and fitness goals. They also have nutritionists who are very knowledgeable to provide me with a detailed meal plan. The trainer and the nutritionist Thao held meetings with me regularly to keep tracking my progress and give valuable feedback. They offered a lot tips for eating healthy and living a healthier lifestyle. They were very passionate and kind to answer any questions I had. I appreciated it a lot.Overall, I had a great experience working with this studio, and I would highly recommend them.

My partner Lynn was the one who found this gym and got in contact with David since I completely lost hope with most of the PT we have tried before. Since day 1, David, Huy and the nutrition coach - Thu Thao have always been extremely professional, supportive but also realistic. Me and Lynn gained our fat during covid and thought we would never be able to lose it. Thanks to Huy, David and Thao I lost 7kg - 15.4lbs, Lynn lost 5.5kg - 11lbs in 3 WEEKS. The nutrition plan was very well communicated even though there’s a language and distance barrier. Huy always tries his best to watch our posture, make sure we aren’t injured but push us to our limit. David always support us with motivation, checking up and provide us the best service from beginning. Thao always check in with us every week, make sure we meet our nutrition need and also our mental health. Overall, we always look forward to our training session and hope to lose more weight and build a better body with them.

I finished my 16-week session with FxA a month ago and have been working with my coach Quynh Moc for the next 50-week session. I came to FxA when my core was weak, and my back and knee were seriously painful. The team was helpful and Chi Quynh Moc is a brilliant coach. I can say she’s a seasoned coach, very personable and positive. She knows when I did wrong techniques just by knowing where my pain is during the session. One thing that I love most about spending time with her is that she knows how to adjust the plan and techniques for each person, because each person has their own limits and body structure (that's what she said). Despite time constraints, chi Quynh is my motivation for my early morning workout. I can see my health is getting better, my muscles are strengthened and my body shape is also changing.

FxA fitness is a complete private gym that offers personal training tailored specifically to your needs. I've been coming to FxA for almost 2 months now, doing the 8:30 training classes and loving it. The people are smart, knowledgeable and have the proper training to get you where you want to be. Very flexible hours, great equipment, basically everything you need to get fit and healthy. Training includes meal plans, supplement recommendations, and exercises/stretches to stay loose and not get sore.I already feel like a lot stronger and healthier and can't wait to continue with this my new routine!By the way, a special thanks to Ms Thảo and Mr Phúc for being such amazing coaches!!!

I have trained with FxA for 2 months until now, and even though the time is short, I have realized many things about myself that I did not know before. My PT (Huy) and coach (Quynh) have been very thoughtful and kind to me as well as my training, considering I was a beginner. Training with them makes me feel more confident about myself and more happy in my daily life, it also helps me figure out my body goal. They gave me essential information and techniques that I need in my workout; hence, I am no longer afraid when I step into the gym by myself again. It’s a boost for my energy to work out with them, and it has changed my life for the better. I am very grateful to meet and train with such wonderful people.

I am a sedentary person, and seeing my chubby body in the mirror startled me and wanted to change. I found out about FxA Fitness through a friend on facebook and I joined the FxA team. I cooperated with the group’s PTs and everyone greeted me warmly, planning and exercising in accordance with my goals, helping me better understand how to arrange a reasonable diet, and not forgetting remind as well as encourage me to participate in enough training sessions and monitor my daily meal. I have experienced studio sessions with PT Ninh vs Phuc and also some virtual training sessions with PT Thao, the workouts make me very tired, but effective for me. I found myself gradually getting stronger, feeling a little lighter, walking faster after the exercises, and getting used to having to exercise every day. Practicing for 1 month, I lost 2% of my body fat, although it is still quite low, for a lazy person like me, I tried very hard. I will continue to not miss the training sessions to achieve the goals that I set out.

Three months ago I started training with Ely (Thao) as my trainer.Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Ely(Thao) I knew that she was the perfect coach for me.She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding.Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program.After just three months I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal."
