Very small location, and even more difficult with covid measures that you are not able to go inside to get packages. That said, the attendant was very nice and able to help right away with my delivery. Before you go, confirm that your package is ready for pick-up (or drop-off) and have ID ready. Its a small location in a semi-industrial area of Markham.

All of my experiences with DHL overall (no specific store) has been GARBAGE. I absolutely dread finding out a company has shipped with DHL. I actually wish this company would dissappear off of the face of the earth. Please.. someone make a better shipping company and kick them to the curb

Unprofessional and unreliable. No delivery attempts, no contact attempts, no customer service. I am losing time and energy waiting on a package that will probably be shipped back to company without ever having tried to be delivered to me.

I never seen this bad delivery company. They have worst service.They said never contact you and just try 2 times but never leave any information. just call you to pick up from their office in Markham. I will never anything from the company which work with this company.

These Drivers are so lazy. They will not contact you but want to say incorrect Address. I’m trying to contact and it keeps hanging up Trying to email them they are not emailing back this is annoying and very frustrating. If you are lazy and don’t want to do your job as a delivery driver don’t apply for the job this is ridiculous.I actually give this place 0 stars Absolutely Terrible.

All I had to do was drop off a package to be sent at this DHL location. Its a tiny place and the lady that works there tends to lock the doors during opening hours because she is on phone calls. Thankfully it was just a drop off, but there were a few customers there waiting for other reasons. After reading a lot of the reviews, I would hate to pick up a package here.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a package, they denied to drop it off my condo, so I decided to go pick it up thinking it might be easier… silly me. I arrived at this location at 4:15 and the door was locked. The employee there consistently locks the door. It was hailing outside so we had to sit outside the door and hopefully someone would come. The employee arrived at 4:30, only to tell me that they don’t have the package? I already got a text message that it was available to pick up.. it doesn’t make sense. She points to the wall to call DHL. There is no prompt to get someone on the phone , so I had to go through DHL business just to talk to someone. I have been on hold for over an hour in my car waiting for someone to figure it out. It’s 5:30 right now as I write this review. Please avoid this place at all costs

Crooks, paid 45 customs fees on a 80$ item. I dread seeing DHL ever when shopping on eBay. They are the worst of the bunch.I would never use them willingly.

The tracking system says they dropped by at 2pm today and no one was home thus they will try again. The funny thing is, we were sitting outside at our porch the whole day enjoying our family time and the only delivery was Uber Eats. DHL did not come by at all.

Was waiting for a package. I realized it's been over a month so, I checked the order status and found the tracking number only to find out they attempted to deliver it. Never gave me any notification or option to pick it up. And it is now back in the US on the way back to the store I bought it from.This is not the first time I have had bad experiences with this company. Avoid at ALL costs.
