Went to buy an air fryer and the one on the shelf had a crushed box so we brought it to customer service and asked for one that was in tact as I was concerned this one had fell from a height and may be damaged.. the person at the counter told me they had no more and they don't keep them up high. Well turns out after checking with someone else there were 21 in stock and they are up about 10feet on a top rack!! Lied to is not a nice feeling.

Went for tire rebalance and oil change.Did not read the forms we had to submit explaining what we needed and only did the oil change, Which was not the issue we wanted service for.Just poor service from the auto center.

Medium-sized store. Friendly staff. Use the app to see if they have stock as some flyer models are not available. About same inventory levels as Smiths Falls. You have to go to Ottawa to get full selection.

Went to buy some fishing stuff wanted to ise my gift card and was told it expiredYes it was a year old but my money still buys things after a yearI keep going there and always disappointed.No longer will i shop there if i can buy on amazin i will or maybe walmart.Oh and they had no cashiers so could not take cash.Young girl who served me was helpful and pleasant, i offerred her a job at my business.

If I could give a zero I would.....appointment made for oil change, when I arrived was informed no one was available to do it......but could come next day at 9......guess what.....I arrived and was told they could not do it but I could leave the car and they would see if they could do it later in the day....its an oil change not rocket science Could you at least phone your customer so they don't make the trip there for nothing....never again

I have a maximum dual touch drill that was discontinued years ago, they are covered under life time warranty! The battery stoped holding charge so I took it to Canadian tire to see what they would do about it, they called the manager to come assist me he was extremely ignorant to me, said it was not under warranty anymore an couldn’t do anything without a receipt, One, who holds onto a receipt from years ago, two if the manager knew how to do his job he would know there’s a thing called a receipt look up they could do! The customer service was awful and for that reason alone I will never purchase anything from this location again
