*** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ***We’ve dealt with Thermo Concept for over 25 years and it’s finally DONE !They’re arrogant sales rep can take the blame for this one. We order over 100 coolers a year and they’ve just lost our business for good !

I , World of Water have been selling Thermo Concept coolers for over 25 years and continue to sell there coolers. I have to say that these are by far the best coolers in the market, service is over the top as well. Great product and amazing customer service.

We've been using a Thermo Concept water cooler for many many years. Our first unit lasted 16 years. We only replaced 1 faucet during the entire 16 years. We did contact Thermo Concepts with questions a few times over that period and they were always extremely responsive. You actually got someone knowledgeable on the telephone! Try doing that with a water cooler made in China!

J'ai un refroidisseur d'eau Celsius depuis près de 30 ans et il fonctionne toujours chose très rare de nos jours si je compte le rapport qualité prix c'est dur à battre. Service après vente et pièces #1, je recommande fortement et toujours quelqu'un pas un robot qui vous répond rapidement.

Notre refroidisseur acheté en 2019 a eu un problème de compresseur et nous avons contacté Thermo Concepts pour vérifier si la garantie s’appliquait. On nous a offert un service à la clientèle impeccable : échange rapide et précis de courriels et prise en charge efficace (Merci à Christine). Thermo Concepts a réparé gratuitement le refroidisseur et s’est occupé du transport aller-retour à Sherbrooke à partir de Montréal avec une compagnie de livraison. Nous recommandons chaudement Thermo Concepts, l’avantage d’acheter une machine à eau fabriquée au Québec est évident!

Thermo Concepts not only has quality products, their inside sales / service department is second to none. I recently had a problem with a water cooler and Francis in service went out of his way to help me. Incredible in today's work environment ... someone cares about another person. I can't say enough about them.

I have been trying to contact the company to obtain parts for my Pacifik cooler. After 3 weeks, nobody has yet to respond to my multiple emails or voicemails. If I knew their customer service was so poor, I never would have bought their product.
