Main Street Drivers

This is our second time in the Finger Lakes and we've had Steve both times. He's knowledgeable, friendly has a great sense of humor and tailors your trip to your preferences. We plan on using this service everytime we visit!

Steve showed us a wonderful time! First and foremost, he drove very safely and cautiously. Additionally, he gave us info. on each winery so that we could make the best use of our time, met us at the end of each visit to carry our purchases out, took pictures for us, etc. I would 100% recommend Main Street Drivers and Steve!!!

I booked Main Street drivers and from the moment I called to the end of our trip, everything was great. James was so helpful and accommodating during my booking process. We got Frank as our driver and how Lucky were we. He knew so much about the area and wines and took the stress out of planning our own tour. He took pictures for us and was just a great perk to our trip. We will be back and can’t wait to use their service again and Frank as our driver.

Steve was an excellent driver!!! He was super helpful with recommendations, suggestions, and also assisted us carrying our wine and taking photos! Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time with Main Street Drivers on our trip to the Finger Lakes (Cayuga Lake Wine Trail). Our driver Frank was punctual, friendly, and made our experience traveling to explore some wineries in the area so easy. Since the region is pretty rural, you can’t rely on Ubers or taxis when trying to get around to the different wineries and breweries in the area. It was great knowing we had our own designated driver that allowed us the freedom to make our own itinerary (he also offered great suggestions as well!) Frank even would check in and offer to take photos for us at each winery—I am a very picky person when it comes to pictures, but Frank got great shots of us every time! This was such a special trip and Main Street Drivers offered a reasonably priced and reliable experience. Thank you!!

My husband and I used Main Street Drivers in the Finger Lakes on our honeymoon trip in December. James was super responsive and helpful when booking. Our driver, Steve, was awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable. He had tons of suggestions and recommendations for where to go and in what order, which we found extremely helpful as it was our first time in the Finger Lakes. We will definitely use Main Street Drivers and request Steve when we return!

Steve was a great driver . We had an amazing time. Having a driver really allows you to enjoy all the wineries . Recommend highly!!

I'd really like to split this review because our driver, Frank, deserves 5 stars no question! Frank was on time and super responsive via text before pick up. He has worked in the industry and is super knowledgeable. On short notice, Frank put together an itinerary for the day that was really thoughtful and varied. He even included a lovely lunch destination on our tour. Frank had the right blend of availability for pics etc, but also gave us plenty of time to ourselves. We really appreciated all of the local insights on the history of the area and wines.I was impressed that James could arrange our tour with Frank on one day's notice. James was responsive, but I had to do follow up to get a receipt for the day and get the billing amount right. But it the end it was all good. The administrative part of the day was more like 4 stars.

We booked MSD for a girls weekend and James was our first point of contact and was great and very responsive. Our driver, frank, was on time and was delightful. He knew so much around the area, its history and had an extensive knowledge of wines. I highly recommend this company. We were very impressed.

Main street drivers were great to work with, made entire process so easy. Steve the driver was great and he asked the right questions to make excellent recommendations, would definitely use them again!
