Came with family as they recommended seeing this place for a quick brake pad change. Mid conversation the elder gentleman just walked away Waving his hand at me while I didnt finish talking. Horrendous customer service skills. Looks like a few of my family members won't be going to this place anymore.

Been my mechanic shop for at least 20 years. Honest, fair and quick. Norm and Mike treat you like they would a family member.

I've been using Knights for about 14 years, for all my car needs, wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. Love them so much. The staff is SO friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and work is done quickly, efficiently, on time and so reasonable.

I was in a bind as trouble lights suddenly showed on my dashboard and my van was behaving erratically. My sister made a post on Facebook asking for advise on where to take my van and within minutes many people recommended this place. i phoned them and and explained what was happening and he asked me to bring it in the following morning. I was so thankful as I live in Hope and needed to get safely back home. Once the owner found out I was en-route to Hope, he said if I could bring it in immediately, they will have a look at it right away. I brought it in and was on my way within a few hours. Great shop and they really came through for me. If I have vehicle troubles in the future while visiting, I will definitely bring it here!

Norm, the owner, was able to get me in quickly and fixed up my car in a short period of time and for a very reasonable price. Thank you Norm and now you have a new customer in me

Had my daughters car in for a broken shock mount. Norm pointed out the shock was leaking also. Replaced rear shocks and mounts all in a hour and half at a reasonable price. Super nice guy and honest service. Will be back.

Been going here for years. Owners used to be neighbors with my parents and we've stuck with them through the years and moves. Always friendly, informative, honest and well priced services. If you're planning to wait there during the service bring a jacket, its a garage so its chilly!
