We stopped at Cave Springs winery with our friends from out of town. My husband went into the hat shop while we went to the winery. When we finished in the winery, I went to meet my husband at the hat store with my 4 and 7 year old. As soon as I walked into the store, I was told, “WE DON’T SELL KIDS HATS. None of our hats fit kids. If you want to try the hats on, the kids may not touch them”. Ok. Well, the kids were never left to play with the hats, and we just came to meet my husband and see if he found anything. Turns out he found a lovely hat, but after we were treated so poorly, he didn’t purchase a hat. And now you’ve lost a sale. Terrible service and extremely rude.

Wonderful spot with friendly team. I had a great experience browsing this lovely shop over Thanksgiving weekend. Paula was super helpful and friendly; she is super knowledgeable about all the hats and was a great help in picking out my new hat! In the end settled on a great fur scarf that can also act as a hat. I look forward to staying warm in it this winter. Thank you Paula for the great experience. Will be back!

My favourite hat store in Jordan, Ontario! I went here about 4 years ago and never forgot how pretty those hats were. Last weekend was my birthday and I got the opportunity to go again to Jordan with my Fiancé and have a lovely lunch. He bought me a beautiful pink hat which was made in Italy. The prices were great and I cannot wait to come back! :)Update: I keep going back to get more Hats! I love them, and such great staff!

Looking for a hat for my husband with my kids for a fathers day gift. My kids head size is the same as my husband, that’s why I brought them along with me. And I was just browsing around. The lady was rude and bitter . She said to us It’s too expensive and be carefully don’t touch the hats or try them on. I feel so discriminated maybe I wasn’t dressed up enough for her taste or maybe because I was Asian. She just assuming we don’t have any $$$ or think my kids are wild. As soon we walk out the store, she was eager to help out the other customer not us because they were well dressed.

A very nice hat shop in a great little village. I picked up a bowler hat and I cant wait to go back for another hat. Very good quality and prices are very fair.

The store has terrible customer service. I was looking for a hat for my mother and I could not even touch the hat myself. I want to take a picture of hat to send to my mom to see if she like it and the lady told me , there is no photos allowed. Next time I will not waste my time and go straight to Beauchapeau in Niagara on the Lake.

Wow what a horrible! place the owner is so bad and mean to the costumers. I was skeptical at first when I saw the bad rating and all the bad reviews but now I understand. What horrible service I feel bad for anyone who would waste there time by going here. Very bad! Would not recommend!
