Elderly Caucasian waitress is bitter and puts a fake smile on. Our sodas tasted like they were scooped out of a toilet and when we complained to have it taken back her initial response was “well nobody else complained so”. She also left the drinks on our bill even though they were completely full, which is completely unacceptable as any other restaurant would leave something off your bill if it is untouched. Thank God the food is better than most Swiss Chalets but I guess the trade off is the bad service.

I went today with my friend and I had an amazing experience! The food was good, but what made today great was the atmosphere with the staff and Asmara my server. She was so kind and sweet and amazing at her job. I’ll definitely make sure to come here again because of her.

This is my opinion on this restaurant from the experience I had here, after we were seated the server took eleven minutes to acknowledge we were there and it was not busy at all. The dish the food is serve in is not one bit appealing or presentable. My salad was over flowering the dish it was served in, the chicken caesar salad I had wasn't the best my chicken was dry and untastful, my child cheese pizza was not made in house it was frozen and stiff it gave her a tummy ache, I ask if it was frozen the server says yes it was ! it is so stiff a fork can stand in it without falling. As for the frys they server with the peel on it wasnt as great neither the taste was stale. The patty in the burger was too dry and BURNED unacceptable. This restaurant needs to put more effort in there food and waitress service, as for the desserts they had nothing attracting only 3 or 4 coffee shop cakes and only 3 types of tea. After I have the food I had a stomach ache as well I ask the server for a tea she took 9 minutes to bring me a a small kittle with hot water my tea bag and a cup how long does it take to pour some hot water in a small serving kettle and again it was not busy no more that 5 tables with guest seriously this restaurant need to put more efforts in food service and customer service! For $80 we practically left everything half eating! I hope the manager use this critiques to better there bissunes as needed.

I was served quickly and my server Adrianna was so patient with me when I asked questions! I have a lot of food allergies and wanted to make sure I could get a meal without running into trouble. She made me feel super comfortable, didn't rush me in picking my food for the evening and actively listened to my concerns. What a pleasant server! Thank you Adrianna!Plus, the chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly. Thank you Swiss Chalet!

We normally go to the Swiss in Barrie, but we were down in Toronto. This one stood out compared to all the others we have been too. Our server Allison was amazing and checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we wanted, and the manager was walking around checking on people as well. Amazing experience!
