The worst and horrible spa I have ever ever been in my life. Two owners wife and husband. Owners are act like they are nice as soon you arrive at the spa . They tell you have a seat will provide you with cheap Chinese tea which I had a diaheria on the spot!. They made me wait 45 mins even though I had apt. During the apt staff talking in their language throughout my apt. I started talking in my language with my friend they said don't talk in our language . How rude is that? Owner lady acting weird and prejudice. They hate original CanadiansThis place is a joke. Don't waste your money and time . You will end up in frustration. I went for pedicure and manicure. I did shellac. Paid almost 60 dollars that's a highway robbery. Nail polish didn't even last for 1 week.Owners are hungry for money not to provide quality service. Owners are act like they care for you but they care about the bills. They even gave a tips collecting envelope for tips. They want every penny out of your wallet !

From all the massage parlors that I have been to, their place is a 5-star no doubt about it. Clean and relaxing place. The front desk is polite but pushy on their services. The massage was just ok. After the massage she gave me free tea and some candies. It's just I don't like when they are talking on their own language. Very rude of them talking on their on language. Over-all i will only give this place 3-star because of the place and an ok massage"."

I’ve been going there every month for the last year, I have a regular lady I use she is fantastic works my muscles perfectly!

Spare yourself and steer clear of this spa. The employees are extremely rude and try to push their services on you. Not worth your time or your money. The lady giving me my massage was talking on her phone in Chinese the entire time. You couldn't pay me to go back.

Ohh lord you guys. Just don’t. This place is anything but normal. The woman at the counter is rude. The massage I got was (questionable) and they do not hire certified RMTs. My insurance has denide covering who they claim is certified and the manager claims this as normal. They are a sketchy business.

The word Spa" should be regulated - seriously. I booked an hour massage and specifically requested an RMT. I have tried many professional RMT's and the person massaging me was defiitely NOT an RMT. My massage was not a Swedish relaxation massage but rather an Asian style massage (alot of patting

This place is hungry for money!! I was charged $130 for a mani-pedi!!! They did a good job but really....$130 just for a mani pedi. Never coming back again and spending a mother’s day here was by far horrible!

Had an amazing massage at La Belle Spa. Great service. I was 5 minutes late, but they still did a full hour massage. Applied the perfect amount of pressure. Made sure I was warm and comfortable, felt so great after. Exceptional service. I will definitely be returning.

Went here for a Brazilian... Literally the worst salon/spa experience of my entire life. Showed up early for a 4:00 appointment I had made, and I was placed in one of the rooms to get ready. I wasn't met there for at least another 10 minutes. My wax girl came in and told me it was really busy today" as she hurriedly set up the wax station (that wasn't set up prior). The girl spread on half the jar of wax like peanut butter on my ENTIRE area. And I mean the entire area - every nook and cranny - not just where there was hair. Then she proceeded to try and wax it ALL off with about two strips of wax paper AT THE SAME TIME. Clearly there was a bit of a language barrier

Truly not worth my money. I have get ten better manicures and pedicures for far cheaper. Yes they were kind but I could have done much better myself and paid far less money. Will not be going back.
