We had the best smoked brisket i have ever had, this coming from a person who. smokes it themselves. 20 hours on the smoker! It came with our choices of mashed potatoes. corn bread and slaw. Each side was done with a homemade twist and was skillfully made. Shrimp, in a cheese sauce was killer too! I saw nothing but people thoroughly enjoying their meals.Whole dinner was gluten free, except the corn bread for those who are in need of that.Worth the trip hanover, and it wont be the last

We throughly enjoyed our meals at Smokin’ Pig!We made reservations and were able to get in earlier, so that was a win! I can honestly say it was one of the best bbq meals for a BBQ joint that I have ever had. The cornbread alone here is one to come back for, the best I have ever had! The sweet potato fries and onion rings were killer! The Mac and cheese, I am beyond words, it is definitely a must have! Coleslaw, now I love coleslaw, was extremely creamy and delicious! The coleslaw was a great compliment to the pulled pork for me. I love the 2 together especially on a bun, but I never had a sandwich here. We got the meat platter with the 4 choice of meats, pulled pork,ribs,brisket and sausage. Man oh man it was all fabulous. My wife is a bit more picky and thought the brisket had too much fat, but I think it’s all the flavour and make it soooo tender! My only thing I wasn’t that crazy with was the ribs, but they were tasty. I love back ribs and people say my ribs are killer and would have to agree! LolMy 4 kids had their own meals. 1 of them had Mac and cheese with a baked potato. The next had chicken fingers and caeser salad. The next had the burger and a poutine. The last kid had the loaded taco fries and Mac and cheese. I know lots of food, we love to share! All the kid gobbled their food up and wanna know when we are going back and it’s only been 4 days since we were there! Lol. Now onto dessert. They have beaver tail with your choice of topping, But, It’s not your average beaver tail! They have fried batter in the shape of large fries and covered with ice cream and your favourite sauce! Oh my god, we only got 2 and we shared, we are not big dessert people, but I wish we bought more. But 2 was a sufficient amount shared between 6 people, mostly the kids!I would definitely recommend The Smokin’ Pig to anyone not just for the food but for owners and their employees who went above and beyond. The owners came to the table to make sure everything was satisfactory and the waitress was very attentive to our needs.We will be back for sure. Only thing that stops me from being there More often is having to pay for 6 people to dine. Thanks Smokin’ Pig for the dining experience and we hope to see you again some time soon!

Went here on a whim after the place we originally wanted to go to was super busy and the wait would have been forever. The service was great, and the food came out quickly and was nice and hot. Highly recommend the brisket!

We were greeted by the lovely owner and given a table promptly. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and gave fantastic suggestions. We started with the stuffed jalapeños (which I could live on for the rest of my life), then had brisket and The Big Pig. All of the meat was tender, smoked to perfection, and had the right balance of flavours. The chef also visited with us - what a treat to hear more about the food and the process from such a nice guy! This will now be a destination dinner for us!

The chef is amazing and customizes orders to perfection. The owner is personable and brings her charisma to every patron. I have never had a more enjoyable meal in an establishment, ever. If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by, you will not be disappointed.

You will never get better food anywhere else. Cat and Chef go above and beyond to make your experience truly one of a kind.From the large menu selection, to the amazing different flavours, you will never be disappointed.My favourites pictured, pulled pork potato skins and beef brisket (usually comes with fries as well but I’m always too full!)

The food is incredible! We had pulled pork and prime rib, with the bacon wrapped pulled pork jalapeno peppers, mmmmmm! The owners are super friendly too!
