We are new to Parkland County, and tried to sort through all the fake appliance repair" companies that advertise here on google. 90% are nothing more than a call center outside this country

Felt like a small operation when setting up the appointment…..not a bad thing - personal touch is good. Technician that showed up was the real deal. Knew what he was doing and did “actual repair”, not just replace the unit. All this for a price I felt was very reasonable.

Nick, our appliance tech, was amazing! He is super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was very efficient in fixing our fridge. Will definitely be using them again if anything comes up.

The service technician arrived at my home within the time window I was told to expect him. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their fee was extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

Nick came to our house and installed a main pump that I had ordered out of the U.S. They were very helpful on what I needed to order. I personally wasn't home but my wife was and he was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Nick also didn't mind my puppy being very interested in what he was doing lol. I love supporting local. But when they are this professional, patient and understanding its so much nicer.

DO NOT USE THIS OMPANYStaying local, I called and left message no response, should have been my first clue. Called and got an appointment, Nick came out on time and was pleasant. Needed a motor, had to discuss before deciding, called office talked to someone, he was going to have Nick order the part. a month later after 2 weeks of calling, speaking to the office, and being told I would get a call back, I finally hear from Nick with an update only to find out the part has not been ordered.Complete waste of time and money, have to start over.

Pan, the service tech arrived at the time he said he would. He was recommended to us by friends who called him in to look at their dishwasher. After doing some trouble shooting he advised that our LG washing machine needed a new water inlet valve. He ordered the part and was back today, right on schedule to replace it.Pan was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with and it's great to have a washing machine again!

Had a great experience.The tech (Nick) took the time and effort to understand the situation and his customer, he came to a reasonable conclusion, offered bonus advice, and was very clear and effective in explaining his analysis, despite how uncommon the issue is. He was also friendly for sure.Would recommend (can’t say the same about LG…)

They were so nice and helpful. Our fridge went and they were the only company that could come within a few days when everyone else was making appointments two weeks later. Then we had another minor issue they came quickly and fixed it within minutes. The guy even tried to befriend our notoriously unfriendly dog!
