Manager named chad needs to address the customers better. Calling your customer different names because they are from a different country and cultural background is not professional and is really offensive. I am a business start up owner and i will definitely move my business to another location.I also saw him treating a guy that is an employee treating him very badly as he was in his training and speaking very rudely to him.You should do better

excellent service, very knowledgeable associates, they know their products and was able to help me, and direct me to exactly what i needed for staining my deck. even gave me some tips on what to look for before i start staining to make sure my deck was ready after being power washed. thank you <3

Excellent ... although they're was only one guy working and he was run off his feet!!! I felt horrible for him!! There was another woman sitting in the side office... it didn't look like she was doing much of anything... then she came out and looked at everyone then went back into the office and closed the door!!! I thought that was rude.... now keep in mind... I dunno what she was actually doing... but surely she could have rung people in who were standing in line!!! Or even answered questions!!!There was a woman ahead of me... she ordered a lot of paints etc and the guy was busy mixing it all up in the back...Then the only thing I wanted was primer... boom... simple and he got it and mixed it up for me and brought it right out and I was done in 3 minutes!! The great thing was... I saved 50% off my primer because they didn't have the bottom line so I got the next best thing which was double the price!! So that was Awesome!!!The next guy in line to me asked about one small can of something or another and he was out the door in less than a minute...Then the next 2 people lined up were an older couple and I am not sure what they wanted... but I'm sure he helped them out greatly!! He was an awesome guy and was very nice!He's the reason I gave 5 stars because he was awesome!!! Thanks to him!!!

Always enjoy my shopping experience at Sherwin Williams Cole Harbour location ☺️ Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make sure you are content with the paint colour and product selection before purchasing. Great spot!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very experienced. Chad is wonderful and I apologize to the lady, who has been there for a long whose name I cannot recall. I apologize.

Very disappointed in my experience today. I had to pick up an order in my boyfriends name and the man who served me named CHAD was like do you ever call him animal. I looked at him very confused and said no I call him by his name. Yes I understand that some people have trouble pronouncing other peoples names from different cultural backgrounds but come on man have a little more respect. Let’s say I left the store very upset and I will definitely make sure this type of behaviour from CHAD will not continue when I talk to his manager

Very Good quality for a fair price. The staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided expert advice on paint choices and types of tape/ tools required for my specific needs.

We went to this place couple times to do our DIY project with no experience, the ladies that assist us was very helpful and knowledgeable, that makes our project much easier. The customer service is superb and we got our paint and supplies at a discount price which makes it better.
