My experience has been great with this company! I had 3 companies quote for a furnace with new duct work and 2 gas fireplaces. I chose Dave Davies because they provided a clear explanation of the work involved and a fair price for the high-quality furnace, Lennox. What I didn’t know at the time is that I was engaging with a company that valued their employees and their customers. I have had the pleasure of having skilled HVAC in my home who are exceptionally friendly and respectful. (Ryan and Rob) My emails and phone calls were responded to quickly and any questions were addressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave Davies Heating & Air Conditioning.

With the winter season beginning, I thought it was time to have my Lennox furnace checked in order to avoid any issues or, heaven forbid, failures. Being new to the house, I contacted the original installer, Dave Davies. Mr. Davies of course did not make an appearance. Instead it was Kurt, a technician from the company. In a word (or maybe more than one…), Kurt was fantastic: he was incredibly thorough, giving my furnace a once-over that it’s probably never had! More importantly, he explained his rationale, guiding me through the whole process. I learned a lot. I was treated with respect and consideration. This tech loves his job; his passion shows. When we ran into a small glitch around furnace fan speed, Kurt was back in a flash to rectify the problem. Kudos to Kurt and everyone at Dave Davies from scheduler to technician.

Excellent service from Kurt who did a thorough inspection of both furnace and fireplace; answered questions, was polite and friendly as well as competent. Only advice - book early. Waited a month+ for a routine maintenance appointment but well worth the wait.

These guys are great! We had a very minor gas leak that was looked into by union gas on a Sunday afternoon. Gas had to be shut off at the meter. I called the furnace guys who had done work on the house and after 45 minutes with no response, I called the after hours number for Dave Davies and the technician called me back in 5 minutes and 20 minutes later was at my front door. Now, that's what I call service! and on a Sunday at dinner time. Less than 45 minutes later, valve replaced, tested, meter leak test, all gas pilots re-lit and appliances tested. Done! Great work fellows.

Lied and scammers!Told me the flue was cracked. It was the plastic molding lines from the factory not a crack. Repair man refused to explain the issues and repeated over and over. Told me the furnace (4 years old) was broken because it uses propane. So propane breaks propane furnaces??!. Lennox laughed at that.Second opinion shows different from Dave davis being close to $1000 for repairs plus bs diagnosticCalled the owner to discuss my lack of faith in the installer and the owner was rude and aggressive to my concern. Further more DAVEYour rep bad mouthed lennox the whole time! Sad way to do business honestly and I feel betrayed and hurt as a customer. I will never be re calling or recommending you again. It is a shame as a few years ago you were so kind and helpful in the install. But I guess that's because you liked the pay day

Dave and his crew installed a new central air unit and re-did piping to enable a natural gas bbq on my deck. The service was excellent and very professional. I have had service done by this company for 20 years including installation of a new furnace. I recommend this firm every chance I get.

We purchased a gas furnace 2 years ago with excellent service and installation. Then on a Friday afternoon 2 years later an Embridge gas worker came to the house to tell us our outside pipe from the gas meter was leaking and he was turning off the gas untill the pipe could be repaired. This had nothing to do with the gas lines for the furnace. No knowing what to do I called Dave Davis immediately and he sent a gas fitter right away. He arrived while the gas company was still here. Even they were impressed. Thank you Dave Davis as we were only without gas for a short time untill the pipe was replaced. What great service !!!!!

The two young men that came to my place were right on time. Worked great together. I'm so pleased with their work. Sweet guys even took time for our old pup who just loved them. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great company , good people.

I have used Dave Davies to replace my furnace and ac twice now and to convert and old multi family home from electric heat to forced air gas and ac. He has also serviced my equipment when needed. I highly recommend this company for great equipment and exceptional service!

I arranged to have a new furnace and A/C installed 8 months ahead (last year) to avoid shortages due to the infamous fake virus. The work now is finished. Everyone was very professional, friendly and fair.
