EKAN Home Inspection

We used EKAN home inspection for a home we were interested in getting in Gibsons, and they provided an incredibly thorough, insightful and valuable home inspection of the property. Eugene completed an inspection in short notice for us for a house on the Sunshine Coast, and it was extremely thorough (over 50 pages!). He found out more information about the house than we had been able to to date, and then spent an additional half hour on the phone with me explaining the results and how to move forward. He made sure I felt confident in our home purchase, and knew exactly what we were getting into. I'd 10/10 recommend him for your home inspection. He was fantastic.

I would highly recommend Eugene to do your home inspection. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and very accommodating. He just completed our pre-purchase home inspection and during our phone conversation prior to the inspection, he provided a lot of information and testing for us to consider given the age of the house. My partner was not able to be present for the inspection and Eugene offered to come back on the weekend to review the inspection summary again with him. At the end of the inspection he walked through all areas of the house with me and explained all his findings in an easy and understandable format. His written summary provided pictures, explanations, and recommendations, and was very detailed and thorough. Eugene was a pleasure to work with!
