They were a little slow on this particular day but I don't give 5 stars easily. This place always get my order right. Product is hot and fresh since they're such a busy location.

This is one of the worst drive throughs I’ve ever been to. The staff are fine but very slow, it takes at least 15 mins to get through the drive through. Drivers are not courteous and usually very confused about who is next to order. The parking lot is laid out very poorly with many pit holes.

Great food, good customer service, dine in and drive-thur. It’s pretty clean and fast service unless there’s rush. Doughnuts, coffee, chicken, sandwiches, timbits, drinks are available. Cheap price but rich quality. Overall great place to get a snack, drink and even lunch.

Their service is fast, efficient and has yet to get my orders wrong. Although I've seen how quick they have corrected a order from another customer. The staff are courteous and helpful. There are no long wait times at this Tim Hortons whether it be drive-thru or walk in. Keep up the good work Sandalwood Tim Horton employees. Five thumbs up!

There were multiple flies resting (maybe even laying eggs) on the donuts and bakery items, Would not recommend.

Tim Horton is always a great place to take a break and get some rest and have fun.This Tim Horton is a nice place to have some things to eat and enjoy the coffee.the atmosphere of the store was very comfortable and friendly. They keep the place vary neat and clean, especially the working area and the sitting areaand the washrooms .Working environment is vary friendly and enjoyable.They have great staff and have great services .Come and enjoy the coffee and yummy food and delicious dessert.

Quenchers are served warm Every. Single. Time. Even asked for extra ice, still warm. It feels like it was boiled, not icy, not cold not cool, warm. Disappointment. How is it so warm with ice in it?
