If I could give zero stars I would... quite honestly some of the rudest customer service people I have seen. They also say their capacity is 5 customers with covid and there was probably about 20 shoppers in the store. When I asked about a price match one of the employees tried to tell me the other store did not sell authentic shoes and thats why they were on sale else where. When I questioned him on it he shouted through the whole store at another employee to comment on the authenticity of another store. I would NEVER shop here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I turned around and went elsewhere to buy my shoes for a better price.

I was gifted a pair of beautiful doc's and they felt super tight, like blister city cut up heals tight, no way I was getting my foot into them. Maggie is absolutely phonemonal at her job. She gave me alot of different tips and tricks on how to stretch out the boot. I used the first and easiest ( double socks and wandering around my apartment) they are on their way !!! I am so happy she was so confident at her job and was so reassuring in a gentle way that I would be happy ! Love the girl . Will definitely only be buying my shoes from there. Thank you again .

Bought a pair of doc Martens this is my third pair of doc Martens I've had the shoes for 2 months worn then about 15 times only 3 of which I actually walked a distance in and there already falling apart I spent 200$ on these shoes and I don't make alot of money but it's ok I guess I'll just rap them up in duct tape or somthing.

Walked in today just casually looking at converse and the worker came up to me and in a very rude and condescending tone started saying my size is not available, to try somewhere else etc It was very rude how she approached the situation and I was just looking at shoes. Didn’t even talk to her or ask her anything. Not good customer service.

I get most of my shoes here (since I only wear Vans, haha) and I always get great service. Huge shoutout to Komal (I hope I spelt her name right!), who was so helpful today. Thank you for helping me find a good pair of sandals!
