I have to say, I had a great experience at the Kamloops Optometrist. I went in not expecting much since I had never had my eyes tested here before and with such a big client base, as I am sure being in a Costco provides, I figured I'd be just another client. I was pleasantly mistaken. I felt heard, recognized, and important. I was asked many relevant questions and my previous eyewear was asked to be brought in so they could be run through a machine to see if there were any changes with my new exam.(Brilliant, since eye exams from other optometrists are not online to be viewed) I had some changes in my prescription but was also not pressured to go shopping to upgrade my eyewear. Although I did and I am excited to be able to see clearly again. Thank you Dr. Hatchard and your beautiful technician, I will definitely be back and will sing your praises.
