RUINED MY HAIR, BLEACHED IT SO MANY TIMES THAT ITS FALLING!!! STAY AWAYYYYYYYYy

First time here and the ladies were super sweet and very helpful. I messed up my hair and they got me that day and fixed it all up for me.

Best place e ever!! Guys that complain here about their haircuts are just complaining because they r upset they didn't get the girls cell number! Ive been there and they r fantastic

Can't believe this place has 3.7*. I had the most horrible experience ever! Went to get my hair done on Aug 10th. I told Dorothy I want Balayage grey silver done. She told me it would be $160. I was there for more than 5 hours, she bleached my hair twice in one day and in the end told me I have to come back in a week to get the actual colour cause when I left the store i walked out with 20 different colour, blond, orange, black and god knows what other colours.. she told me I have to pay again when I come back in a week. When I went home I couldn't stop crying when I saw my hair msged her and told her i cant wait a week she asked me to come back the next day I went in I was there for a VERY long time again and she told me this is it (the colors were pretty much the same) she told me if I want the silver colour I have to COME BACK AGAIN AND PAY AGAIN. So fking unprofessional..didnt give my money back i had to go somewhere else to get it fixed i had to pay $260 more to fix her mistakes. Please save ur self time and money and most importantly if you don't want ur hair damaged DONT GO HERE!!!!

I have been twice to this hair stylist and the last time I went I asked that my hair be cut but not short - the cut was terrible - the stylist must have been having a bad day - 'cause the last time I had such a hair cut was when I was 5 years old - I will not be back.For someone my age, if I didn't have hair I would not have any options but I still have a full head of hair and to get a cut to this degree is terrible. No one listens anymore they all have their own agenda - the customer needs to pay and they decided how they will cut - it's been 2 weeks I still can't do anything with my hair, I can't even comb it - I am really pissed and livid

I've never left a place and shaved my own head before. It was a simple male haircut and it progressively got worse as it went on. Not even half way through the cut I explained my detest. He tried to fix it but there was no going back. I couldn't comb my hair and it was terrible, I was better off to shave my head and start over again. It's way too high up on the back of my neck and the trim around my ears is completely uneven. I will never return again and not even the best barber could fix the damage that had already been done.

I have been getting my hair done by Dorothy for years. I have always gotten what I wanted. I’ve gotten my graduation and prom hair done here and it looked better than my expectations both times. Dorothy is a good conversationalist which is a good quality to have when you are in her company for 4 hours.

AVOID THIS PLACE !! If your not happy with the job they did, Dorthy will not fix it she will instead scam you and slander your name on Facebook & wherever else possible, the drama she causes is very unprofessional and childish! The stress and headache this lady causes isn’t worth it. just go someplace else.
