Recommending the Oracle Property Group to everyone I know! I am so grateful that my sister-in-law referred us to David and the team. They know the market, how to negotiate, and are very flexible and accommodating when it comes to booking showings and being available 24/7. Very patient; they were more than willing to bring us to viewings in different cities around the lower mainland in order to hone in on what we were looking for. Amazing! David is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He sat down with us for quite a long time and went over our options thoroughly. We ended up not selling because of his advice on the market and where we were thinking of moving to. The crazy thing is he was actually happy that we decided to stay because he knew that we needed to think about it more extensively. When we are ready to sell, David & his team will be the first ones we call!

David is probably one of my favorite people, he is very personable, reliable, responsive and funny. His team is wonderful and they work together well. I should probably also mention he is very patient as my husband and I have often sent him last minute messages RE either a new listing to add to our tour list or to measure something else in our new house. He sold our house in less than 12 hours of listing. I would also like to mention Gurjot as he is amazing and has spent a lot of time with us over the past year on our adventure of finding the perfect house. I think one of the most important values in today's world is communication. The best quality of David, Sunny and team is their ability to always let you know what is going on. Whether I had a question, they were letting me know some relevant information about my listing.. it was always timely, correct and professional. Everything they did to sell my home was amazing. The photos displaying the listing, the open houses, and finally help with the actual sale. My townhouse sold very quickly in a slow market because of their care and professionalism. Words cannot express how amazing David, Mary and the whole group at Oracle have been to me and my family. I first contacted David Tsen as I had read so many positive reviews about him as a realtor, and a person in general. Contact was quick and easy and we met with David and Mary within a very convenient time frame. We discussed our wants and needs and both David and Mary listened and offered invaluable advice. They pointed out features, advantages, and benefits for a few scenarios of our situation. Trust was built very quickly. We decided to list our home for sale. All of the transactions after that went so smoothly. Beautiful pictures were taken, showings were convenient, and we were given many options on an open house. David and Mary were so on point when it came to coming up with a listing price for a quick sale without having to list too low. Interest was immediate, and we had two offers on the first day of listing. We accepted a very fair offer late into the evening (thanks for staying up guys!) and were thrilled with the speed. The best part of the entire transaction has been the after care. As we were not buying a new home but renting, that could have been it for our relationship. Not with Oracle! Both David and Mary have been with us, and supporting us making sure we found a great place to live, knew exactly what transactions we needed to do for the home close, and even called just to see how everyone was. I am chronically ill with a disability and Oracle could not have made me feel for comfortable and cared for. While they are a business (an amazing one), I never felt like I was just a commission cheque. David and Mary feel like family and I would recommend them to anyone needing real estate assistance.
