Terrible service, audacious staff who refuses to give her name and asked for manager.unhelpful client service, don't give them your valuable business. Would take it where is respected and appreciated.

Really nice and well stocked store. I found what I needed and checkout was a breeze.However, I went in for an appointment for a vaccination and had to wait for nearly 20 minutes after my scheduled time listening to the pharmacist rage about other peoples mistakes. There was no one else in line, and it was super uncomfortable for me and I imagine for the pharmacy assistants being spoken to like that.

Wish I could give them more than 3 stars, as I have a great relationship with the pharmacy team here (keep up the great work, guys!) and as someone who has to pick up medication regularly, they make it quite pleasant to come. I wish I could say the same for one of the gentleman cashiers that several others have mentioned, whom unfortunately works quite regularly (all the other cashiers are great). Not sure why his attitude is so bad but perhaps he needs more training in customer service. It’s never socially acceptable to say a flat out “no” and give someone a dirty look when you can’t help them. If you can’t do something (ie cash back... which incidentally, only he seems ever seems to have a chronic till insufficiency to do for me. No other cashier gives me this kind of a hard time), apologize, and frankly, just have more social skills than a doorstop. Sorry for the bluntness and not being able to give my (otherwise) favorite shoppers their otherwise well deserved five stars!

I went to buy milk today and all the milk was dated Mar 20, it’s Apr 5 when I brought this to the mangers attention she said what do you want me to do and walked away. I called customer service and I was in the store for 30 mins and when I left the 17 day expired milk was still on the shelves . This can make people very very sick , again 17 days expired???? What else is expired? Very poor customer service and the shelves are gross. Don’t shop here, have reported to Board of Health

This pharmacy used to be fantastic. But over the past 6-12 months they've become disorganized, with too many new staff who seem to have no idea what they're doing, and miscommunication is rife, such that our prescriptions are often delayed, and I have to call or visit several times before they're ready. (And I mean, I drop off a script and they don't fill it for A WEEK because of miscommunication.) The only reason I still go here is because of Keiman -- she is a treasure -- competent, friendly, and smart. If they ever let her go, I'm leaving.

Worst Shoppers pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The Pharmacy is extremely disorganized and under staffed. The customer facing counters are horribly dirty as are the washrooms in this store. We made a COVID test appointment online for 10:45am Sunday morning. We left a cottage weekend in Muskoka extra early to make it to our appointment on time. We were not helped until 11:25am. It was supposed to take 15-20mins for the test. We were not out of there until 12:25PM. Pharmacists had no idea how to log into their own system to find our online reservations or even that they offered rapid antigen tests at this location. We waited for over an hour to even have the test done. After we paid we were told by one person the results aren’t ready and we have to get them from the pharmacist. 10 minutes later the Pharmacist asked if we have a question. Yes it was, “where are the COVID test results?” His response “Oh they’ve been ready for a while.” When he handed us our results he said “oh and we added our stamp on there so it looks more legit”. Umm? You’re supposed to stamp all results as that’s required for travel purposes. What a absolute joke of a process.

Terrible pharmacy. Didn’t notify me that the prescription refill I needed could not be filled until Monday, after I was told it could be filled on Friday. The prescription was for a medication that is dangerous to miss doses.
