Our salesman Alex was awesome! Told us everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. Was very open about fees and cost of ownership. Was a pleasurable experience. Our new sofa was delivered in two days! We didn't feel pressured to buy. We will definitely be back.

In store experience was ok. Guy followed us around and made me want to leave, but I really needed a new washer. My washer is nice. Now I’m getting spammed to leave a review, so this is probably a little passive aggressive…

The staff were very knowledgeable and the sales person explained everything. She even explained the store credit you can get if you don’t use any of your warranty. Of all the business I have done with Leon’s this is the first salesperson to ever explain this to me

Leon’s is definitely the place to go. Everybody is so friendly and helpful there and they try their hardest to accommodate all of your needs. Definitely recommend this place.

The lady at saint John NB store was very informative took time to go on the computer to find what was in stock for immediate delivery as we were without a working stove. Had patients to walk us around the appliances,to make our mind up as' there were so many choices each one had different options. Was a very good experience for both myself and my husband. We have bought many items over years past at Leons always been a good outcome and customer experience. Would always suggest them first .

Hello,I’ll start with the delivery guys. They were excellent - very professional, courteous and respectful. Great work!The sales lady was not overly friendly. We have purchased many items from Leon’s over the years and typically the sales ppl are outgoing and really friendly.

Wow, this place is Nice.The moment you walk (even before someone assist you) you can feel the premium service you will get from them.The quality of products is top notch, I would say you can't go wrong with what you buy from them,if you are ready to spend the money.We could not find what were looking since it was a Very Specific item but Leon's will be our go to place if we buy furniture.Pricing: They can work on the pricing a little bit ( tiny bit) ( But from what I saw that tiny bit could be negligible for the service)Service: The staff is very friendly, polite and there to help. They just give you some time to explore and come back to help us in the purchase.Very very Big for a small city like saint John.I would rate them 9 out 10
