Had to get a new SIM-Card. Employee was great fun, knew what he was talking about and half an hour later i had a new perfecty working SIM-Card and a good time in that store!

Went in with an issue with Telus and they didn't even bother listening told me and just to call Telus and wait on the phone for 2 hours.

Ralcomm in downtown Trail was wonderful. Melissa fixed my phone that froze. I also talked with Charlotte and she was helpful as well.Great service. I highly recommend going there.☺

So much for a good memory. But the girl I had sat on the left when you first enter there store. She was amazing .Helped unlock my mom's apple phone as when apple did an update it locked her out. Thank you so much

The customer service is great but you will pay dearly for it. I decided not to go thru telus like i usually do and bought a phone here so I didn't have to wait a week. Unfortunately I paid 300 dollars more than if I just bought online. I can't afford to shop here.

Went above and beyond to help me with a cell phone issue that they did not create. They offered many solutions and spent a lot of time with me to try to get to the bottom of it. Mellisa is very friendly, and knowledgable. 11/10 would recommend.
