Called at night after hours. It was not an emergency for us. Was told they would call in morning - received a call as promised and was scheduled during a specific time - technician had problems with other calls and was later than expected time - office and technician apologized for the inconvenience- very respectful of our time - always provide best service

Friendly, professional and informative. Large window for service appointment. Furnace/central air work great and never had any issues. Maintenance cost is definitely worth it.

Our installation of a new forced air system was a challenge that Air Tech glady took. The old system was a boiler baseboard heat. We didnt have the option of installing in the basement without losing head room. Our ceilings are vaulted but we did have a drop ceiling in the hallway. Air Tech was the 1st of many places I called to get an estimate. Other places didnt show much interest in being up for the challenge. Ben figured out a system that would work for us and gave us a price at the beginning of 2020. Well Covid hit and we decided to hold off on a new system to see how everything would fall out. Almost a year later I contacted Ben who glady reviewed the estimate again and talked with me totally understanding us holding off. Heather then took over once we signed the paperwork and she was awesome too. Jason and Bill showed up on day 1 with great attitudes and professionalism. Kyle was part of the condesor installation and 1 other gentlemen helped out the last day. This was not an easy in/out job and every single person that was a part of this lead their part at a high level. I cannot commend everyone enough that was a part of this for taking this challenge on and succeeding at such a high level. What really impressed me too was the little things. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new Heating and Cooling contractor.Thank you to all of you over at Air Tech. I have been using Air Tech for about 10yrs. The office personnel are always friendly and helpful. The technicians are always professional, polite and arrive within the timeframe scheduled. I am so confident in this company that I am purchasing a new furnace from them. I highly recommend this company.

Reside in an older home and my AC finally failed beyond repair. Decided to replace it and a friend recommended that I replace the heating system as well because it too, was very old. I chose Air Tech because they were the most responsive to my inquiries.In June of 2020 I became the proud owner of a new HVAC system. I'm very happy with the equipment and the follow up service calls for annual inspections and cleanings. I highly recommend Air Tech. They're a top shelf HVAC company.

I am so happy with the work and the installers. They were here when they said, promptly got working on taking out my 36 year old furnace, all of them were kind and courteous as well. Once the new furnace was installed they showed me how to operate my new thermostat and how the furnace itself worked. I am very pleased with how it is heating my house. We have had Air Tech come out twice to our recently purchased, but older, home. They have super quick turnaround time as well as very helpful when on-site. Definitely recommend.
