True North Speech
We have Angela as a speech therapist for our 5 year old son. She is very kind, patient and fun with him. He actually is excited for his sessions each week as she incorporates fun games as well. Online speech therapy definitely has a lot of advantages. We book 15 minute sessions and it seems to be just the right amount of time for our the attention span of a 5 year old. We don't have to drive anywhere and we can fit it in before school. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad that we chose True North Speech! From the very begining Shira has been very helpful with helping us navigate funding options and emailing with whomever was needed to sort things out. Her work with my son is a wonderful thing to watch. She is encouraging and kind but she is also good at helping him keep focus so that they can progress in the lesson. She has given us wonderful tools that have completely and easily changed his speech. We are forever grateful for the help that we have received. As a parent there isn't much that's more exciting than changing your child's future for the better! Thank you Shira!

Shira with True North Speech has been such an amazing experience. She has been flexible, patient and accommodating. She has made the best connection with our daughter to have such great sessions for speech. I’ve seen such progress and I’ve never seen an SLP interact with our daughter like Shira. She is simply amazing. The online experience is great and we can focus on speech from our own comfortable space (or anywhere! We’ve continued our sessions visiting family and traveling!)

Shira from True North Speech is professional, personable and flexible. Speech services are not available in our community, so we were thrilled to find Shira. She was highly recommended to us by another family. Our child loves the games that Shira uses to work on skills.

Shira has been brilliant with our daughter, Eryca! We were referred by our pediatrician in 2018 when Eryca was 3. She clicked with Shira right away in the first session. We've seen a huge improvement with her speech in a relatively short time. Eryca loves the sessions with her and Shira engages really well with her. Shira is always available for extra advice and gives thorough feedback for each session. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Very happy with True North. We started speech therapy within two weeks of contacting them ( the waitlists are years in our area). We are seeing good progress and my son loves going to speech because the therapist makes it so fun!

Shira is incredible! She is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She makes the sessions fun for our son and is quickly able to adapt her strategies depending on how our son is feeling / acting that day. We are so grateful for Shira and would highly recommend her to any parent who is looking for an SLP for their child.
