This is a busy registry, with an efficient waiting system. We took a number and after 5 people and 25 minutes it was our turn. The woman helping us was professional and fast moving. We were done our 3 tasks in 15 minutes.The waiting area is not large but is nicely divided. It's clean.

The examiner (105xx) was so unprofessional.She asked only one question on the knowledge of equipment and deducted my marks because I don’t know how to turn on the high beam light. She also would make up a story that I had not catches the road sign which I told her i had seen it.Furthermore, she would ask the knowledge of the road I had already passed by, and tried to disturbed me to make me could not focus on the driving road ahead consequently she put all the drivers in dangerous.My recommendation is do not clarify or disagree with her, otherwise she would become personal and emotional. She would then disturb you during the road test like what I had experienced and aim to fail the test.Hope everyone keep safe during the road test.

Did my Class 5 road test with Darrell. He was a total professional and his friendly demeanour calmed any nerves I had. Really appreciated the feedback he gave - was a great experience overall!

Did the class 5 road test here today. Alberto was super calm during the whole process. I appreciated how he talked to me about my driving in the end and instructed me to do better. I was super nervous but passed because he was very professional and let me stay without getting to my nerves. I recommend this registry.

I did my learners exam here and everybody was very nice.I did I my road test today with their rental car and even though I fail I felt very good my examiner was Michelle she is very nice and supportive at the end she gave me very good feedback and explain everything to me so next time I do better.I will re do it again at Southland

I came here for the first time to do my road test, and I had failed. The first time I did it, there were valid points as to why I had failed. I had instructor Alberto, he was a very nice guy but extremely picky. He will find any small reasons to add points and fail you. I was constantly checking my blind spots, snd he had proceeded to say “failure to check blind spot”. He also claims I was driving above the speed limit, however, I was driving the exact speed or a bit slower. He doesn’t talk and puts you in a stressed situation, he makes you feel guilty about your mistakes rather then learning from them. The test was only suppose to be 45min, but we went driving for 51 minutes, which gave him many chances to add more points. Going into the test I felt very confident, however, it all went downhill from there.

While it's efficient at this registry, which I do appreciate ; it lacks personal, friendly, and transparent service. The lady was robotic and chatting with another co-worker instead of attending to me. Furthermore, there was a lack of transparency with pricing. Be sure to ask questions and not be over-charged for services not needed. I will advise you proceed at your discretion. I will no longer be using this registry in the future. It was not a pleasant experience.

Hands down the BEST registry in the city. Yes, I travelled far to go here (3 times) but it was worth it...Shout-out goes to Kristin and Graham! Honestly the BEST folks out there. They are kind humans and they treat their customers like human. It's refreshing to be treated with respect, dignity and kindness. Please recognize your amazing staff for their outstanding service.Thank you so much for your assistance with all of the requests I had and the questions...this is new to me. You made it easy...in fact enjoyable as I looked forward to seeing you folks again on my next visits.Pro Tip: if you have a cellphone and data, go to their website and take a number...virtually...or else you can pop your head into their doorway and get a physical number.Have a great day and keep up the excellence work!

Great set up so your patience doesn't get worn out. Pick a number and enter your phone # so you can be texted. Very busy when I got there, sat in my car and waited for my text. Once inside 20 minute wait. Staff is awesome...I couldn't do their job dealing with grumpy customers

As I waited for my turn, one of the staff- Kelly- was serving a VERY old Gentleman (renewing his driver's license!). Kelly provided detailed explanations of the process, was efficient and engaging. She even threw in a little joke!In this day and age, where there is so little patience for the elderly, I thought this was a remarkable example of treating this Gentleman with respect and dignity. Kelly strikes me as an exceptional employee.
