The service was great. I dropped the car off and waited in the lobby and the job was finished in no time. Only issue was a mix up in dates and I am not sure if that was on my part or theirs, but it was rectified and everything was handled promptly

This was a great experience. I drove 90 minutes to go to their service department. I had to cancel once because of bad weather and it was no problem. The counter people were lovely and thanked me for arriving a bit early. There’s a nice waiting area and everyone is so friendly and my appointment was finished very quickly and being in the winter they even took my floor mats out and rinsed them off for me. I didn’t request it, it was out of courtesy. When I got home I told my husband how nice and efficient everyone was. Definitely worth the drive. Thank you to everyone.

I arrived at my 8.00 appointment early and was greeted by a smiling service advisor who took my info and offered me a ride home if required, i declined and waited in immaculate clean show room and my car was finished sooner than later.Service person was very polite and explained all that was done to car. Visit required because of a limp indicator. Problem quickly analyzed, but required more than a day for complete diagnosis and remediation. Was provided a vehicle during the time my vehicle was being repaired. Job well done... very thorough.
