99% of the time I go to Bridges the service is great. Vehicle goes in when it is booked for and the service staff are really good at letting me know what is going on. They stand by their work always. The 1% of the time it is something out of their control like supply issues. They are my go to Chev dealer

Bought a turbo actuator for my Cruze and it fixed the issues but within 2 days the part failed. Bridges parts dept replaced it under warranty and it was fixed again and the new part is holding up. Easy transaction and willing to help. Thank you.

Just arrive in Saskatoon for a appt and check engine light came on. Phone Bridges service department and they were able to get me later that week to get an oil sending sensor replaced and finished the job in time to go to work. Then got a deal that I wasn’t expecting. Thank you very much for getting me in quickly and able to repair the sensor and as able to get on with my day

Our experience from the very start has been incredible directly because of the service we were given by both Tyson and Anthony. Both these guys were honest and extremely transparent with every detail of this purchase right from the start. We had a horrible experience in Edmonton at a large local dealer so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this small town dealership. We felt welcome, never pressured and excited about our purchase. We love our new SUV and would highly recommend this dealership and especially Anthony and Tyson. must say I am pretty disappointed in bridges I recently bought a used diesel pickup from them a certified pre owned" after leasing a new truck with them back in 2020! after purchasing the truck I never even made it home 150km away and the engine light came on! so i contacted bridges they booked me in to get it looked at and they made me a appointment then they canceled due to there diesel mechanic being sick fair that's unforeseeable so they booked me again and were stern i got there right when it opens so i showed up 15 minutes early just to sit in there waiting room and stare out the window at my truck for 1.5 hours before they even looked at it so then after sitting there for 5.5 hours they said they had it fixed so i made my way home and only made it half way 75kms and the light came back on so i contact bridges they book me in again one more week away i make the trip down again first thing in the morning this time it got in right away than they scan it just to tell me to book it in with my local dodge dealer so i do that dodge looks at it updates the pcm take the truck home engine light comes on again so i book it in for a 4th time today actually dodge diagnosed it again turns out it need a bunch of emissions equipment cat $2400 dosing unit $250 some other small things then 2.5 hours labor and Chrysler just contacted me to inform me bridges wont cover it with there warranty kind of a kick in the teeth considering you buy "certified" and the truck has never made it home without the engine light on ill attach a picture of my truck on there website showing it came with warranty they told me to contact Jessica to resolve and Jessica doesn't even work there anymore"
