Touhenboku Ramen
Touhenboku is among one of my top favourite ramen spots in the GTA.Top notch flavours, excellent portion sizes, and overall welcoming atmosphere is going to keep me returning time and time again.This visit included an order of Karaage Don, and their Light Broth Ramen with a miso base and chicken.Broth was light (expected) flavourful, creamy and packed a punch. Traditionally made with in house thick noodles, seasoned jammy egg, scallions and mushrooms!My order of karaage don was flavourful, crunchy, and the perfect portion on top of a bed of fluffy steamed rice.Service was perfect, atmosphere was cozy for a busy Saturday afternoon, and was enough for dinner leftovers.See you again soon!!

Touhenboku Ramen
Touhenboku Ramen truly delivered an authentic experience. I sat at the bar by myself and watched the cooks make my meal for me. The ingredients were fresh and incredibly delicious offering creamy egg yolks, tender noodles and savoury pork. Overall, great service, great food, great location.

Touhenboku Ramen
We had the creamy mushroom, spicy ramen and ultimate spicy ramen, the ultimate one was like really really spicy so my friend wasn’t able to finish her broth mind me telling you she is brown and eats ton of spicy food so be careful into getting that option. Overall good portion sizes and quick service.

Touhenboku Ramen
Found this while strolling King Street on a cold day. Service was good. Wait staff and hostess were very accommodating as we were there with a baby in a stroller. Very good menu and would definitely return.

Touhenboku Ramen
The ramen was very delicious and wasn't too salty. The pork was also very soft and flavourful.They were able to accommodate our table of 7 quickly and were very nice.I highly recommend this place and will be back soon.

Touhenboku Ramen
Great small Ramen shop. Had a great portion of Takoyaki(pictured) and a Karage Chicken Don bowl, great portion and reasonably priced extra like garlic, sauces, sweet corn and bean sprouts for $1.Awesome prices, quick service the only issue is a small seating spaces but that's to be expected in a small Downtown restaurant, looking forward to my next visit.

Delicious food served fresh. Employees are very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Very clean! There were many people inside and out (waiting) I ordered for takeout. I recommend everyone this restaurant

Touhenboku Ramen
What a fantastic find with friends! Especially after returning from some delicious experiences of ramen in Japan this place made me feel very fulfilled eating back in Canada. Wonderful choice of their Black Garlic Ramen and some very good appetizers of takoyaki and chicken karaage.

Touhenboku Ramen
Having lived in Vancouver for many years I sometimes have a craving for good Ramen and this place delivered in spades. The service was excellent to start with.The Ramen was very good,the broth and noodles were perfectly done( not too salty ) .The pork was tender and delicious ( I added more meat for a few dollars) . And it was spicy ( what I ordered) but not flame thrower ridiculous.Def will go back and bring a few people along with me.

Touhenboku Ramen
Used to work downtown and this is the place my officemates and I would go to for ramen. This time I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen - chicken soup, black oil, pork shoulder and belly, cloud ear mushroom, seaweed nitamago egg, green onions and thick noodles. It was the special that day and was served with vegetable gyoza on the side. My niece ordered Miso Veggie Ramen - miso soup, veggie oil, bean sprouts, white onions, tofu, cloud ear mushroom, green onion, seaweed and noodles. They were both delicious and the broth so rich in flavour. There's nothing like a bowl of hot ramen on a cold day and this is my favourite place to go to when I have a craving for ramen. It is not a big place but certainly the richness in flavour of the ramen makes up for it. Service is fast, staff provides good service and price is reasonable.
